The Buy One Get One Free promotion is misleading. One item costs more than the normal price, so there’s no real discount. Please check prices carefully. This makes the promotion confusing and not very transparent. I hope the store can improve price clarity for customers.

Very bad service and very rude drivers they deliver for me broken cargo box and after i ask them to change it they sent for me another box more damage and the driver spoke with me in very bad way and he told me do not order from this store again and he start to talk with his lunguge bad word as iam arabic and i cant understand what he said then some one called me just to protect his driver he not say even sorry really this the first time i face bad service like that in uae veeery veeery bad service

I have been ordering in this supermarket for very long as they provide good service let say it's been 3 years at most, but recently when we order on their shop they said to "please wait, Delivery boy outside waiting for delivery" and I said okay I can wait, after 30 minutes there is no update from them, so I message them in WhatsApp to follow-up on my order, then shows only one check on my message as they have block my number. That is rude, if you guys don't want to deliver or can't deliver for some reason, just say so, do not waste our time waiting for nothing!

I buy corn bits tonight and expired now I see it in the home because the taste not same before very bad experience

Very worse service. They promise to deliver my order on time and after 2 and a half hours they decided not deliver my item without any valid reasons. I don’t recommend to order here.

Great customer service. Prices are great for the products. The products also are just great with such a wide selection.

Very worse service every other day i order so many times now they are telling me they have minimum 15 aed per order why do you do supermarket if you cannot satisfy your client

You can buy selecta ice cream, goldilocks cake red ribbon cake and all filipino product and also frozen food
