من به همراه همه اعضای فامیل و خانواده مدت ۸ شب در این هتل اقامت داشتیم. من این نظر را کاملا صادقانه ارائه میدهم. این هتل بسیار شیک و لوکس بود و همه پرسنل این هتل محترم و مورد اطمینان بودند. محیط استخرها بسیار عالی اما آب سرد. وضعیت اتاق ها بسیار عالی بود. خدمه هتل بسیار عالی بودن و این مورد برایمان مهم بود.

Das Hotel ist eine mittelgroße Anlage, der es an nichts fehlt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Service gehört hier dazu. Am Strandbereich sowie am Pool gibt es Adult Area‘s, falls man ohne Kleinkinder reist und doch etwas mehr Ruhe möchte, ist es echt gut gelöst. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber, keine Probleme mit Magen Darm oder sonstigem. Das Essen im Food Corner (am Strand) ist fast immer das gleiche was absolut okay ist. Super leckere Pizza, Nudel Station, Pommes, unsw. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und das Abendessen auch, man findet eigentlich immer etwas. Man merkt dass sich hier alle viel Mühe geben dass die Gäste einen schönen Urlaub haben. Animation für Kinder sowie der gesamte Poolbereich ist herausragend. Nur vom Abendprogramm hatte ich mir mehr erhofft. Es gibt die wunderschöne Red Bar, einem besonderen Lob möchten wir dem Kellner Asim geben, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Schade dass dort kein Programm oder wenigstens 1-2 die Woche Tanz stattfindet die Lokation wäre perfekt. Der Cocktail Mango Takiri ist Mega lecker Uns hat es gefallen, sehr nah zum Flughafen, toller Strand, sehr großes Zimmer, tolles Hotel und immer Wifi gehabt 😁

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The food selection was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality options every day. The entire resort was exceptionally clean, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The main area for improvement is the Kids Club. Unfortunately, the activities and facilities for children were quite limited and below our expectations. While the evening entertainment was enjoyable for kids, the Kids Club itself could offer much more. A larger water park with more exciting slides for older children would also be a great addition. As it stands, the hotel is particularly well suited for families with younger children. One thing we particularly missed was watermelon at the fruit buffet. In a warm country like Egypt, we would expect fresh watermelon to be available regularly. Offering only apples, bananas, and oranges felt somewhat limited for a resort of this standard. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily recommend the hotel, especially to families with small children.

We had a great stay. The rooms are spacious and spotless, the hotel is very well maintained, and the staff is extremely friendly. The buffets are good, although a bit repetitive for a 5-star hotel. The kids’ pools are excellent and heated during the winter, which is a great bonus. The pool service is outstanding. I also really appreciated the enforcement of the no sunbed reservation policy - we always had plenty of options when arriving at the pool or beach. We enjoyed a good massage and also did a photoshoot. The experience itself was lovely, but at €7 per photo we found it quite expensive. As a result, we only purchased a few pictures, even though there were many beautiful ones. It would be helpful if the pricing or package options were communicated more clearly upfront. A few minor points for improvement: the continuous harassment from salespeople around the pool and beach, and the lack of clear signage for the bathrooms. We initially had to walk to the snack bar to use the restroom, which was quite a distance from the kids’ pool — and with children, when they need to go, it’s urgent. On our last day, we discovered there was actually a restroom much closer to the pool, but this wasn’t clearly indicated. One final remark: the service at the lobby bar was noticeably slower compared to the rest of the hotel, where service was generally excellent. Overall we had a great stay and can certainly recommend White Beach! The hotel is also very close to the airport (taxi max €10), but without any noise from airplanes.

We stayed for a week, the hotel on first impressions was really nice and clean, check in was good telling us to go sit in the bar whilst they sorted the room, they then came and fetched us. Lovely big room with a side view of the sea and pool view (majority of rooms are like this) First day we sat round the activity pool and the music played the most of the day between the activities so was great. 2nd day my husband went to get a padded cushion for the sun lounger from the non activity pool to take to activity pool and was stopped and told he wasnt allowed, he asked them why, we didnt want to sit at the non activity pool as we like to watch the activities etc but they said no, he asked to speak to a manager as well all said and done we have paid the same as others in the hotel so should be entitled to the comfort too, then allowed him to take one, this day though there was no music at all left playing between activities and found it boring. Id asked the cleaner if they would leave me some extra water and found they left me a box full so that was very nice and convenient. We had a problem that night that at 4:30am we could here some noise from the room next door, thos was coming through the interconnecting door, not great bit stopped after about an hour and managed to get a bit more sleep, we were going yo ask yo move but hopefully was a one off and we decided we would leave the air-conditioning on to help drown it to save messing, luckily we only heard again on the last night of our stay, bit that was them just going in and out a few times about 2am, you cant choose ya neighbours unfortunately, but think felt louder with having the door in between us. The room was kept spotless throughout the stay, fresh towels every day and housekeeping was very friendly and always spoke to make sure room was ok. The pools for kids are fabulous and would consider taking my grandaughter if we were to return. Only one thing about the pool area if something was dropped (man slipt and dropped his plate of food with ketchup and went allover but instead of cleaning up they called housekeeping - my husband had to move a sign to put there to stop anyone slipping on it and took at least 20 mins to half hour to be cleaned up, same happened with a mug and that was left, my husband started to pick it up then one of the staff stopped him and started to but dont think would have been if hame hadnt started this was in the bar area between the pools, so adults and children walking bare foot. Entertainment was great most of the time, but think more than one week it would have been repetitive as play the same music all the time, this could do with changing The pool party at night was great and the foam party in the day, bit that could have done with being louder, maybe one in the adults activity pool would be good for adults too. Food was good always something to try but oriental was closed for renovation - only thing didnt like was chips, you could take the oil. All staff we spoke to were lovely ans very welcoming- would I stay again, probably would be my answer but there could be a few tweeks as mentioned above and I would probably say I would

Overall I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely consider returning in the future. What I Liked 1-The atmosphere and overall vibes of the resort were excellent. 2-The animation team was very active, energetic, and entertaining, which added a lot of fun to the experience. 3-There were plenty of activities available throughout the day, including volleyball, football, basketball, tennis, and many other recreational activities. 4-All staff members were friendly, helpful, and professional. They were always smiling and willing to assist whenever needed. 5-The highlight of my stay was the Sweet Home Confectionery & bakery sections. The quality and variety were outstanding and made a memorable impression. 6-The food was good and met my expectations. While it was not the kind of cuisine that would leave a "wow" impression, the quality, variety, and taste were satisfactory throughout the stay. 4- There is only one à la carte restaurant, and reservations must be made at least one day in advance,The restaurant is satisfactory. 5-The beach is suitable for families and children offering a safe and comfortable environment for them to enjoy but adults need to walk quite a long distance into the water before reaching a reasonable swimming depth. Areas for Improvement 1-The kids' club was satisfactory but could be improved with more activities and facilities to make it more engaging. 2-The minibar offering was limited, with only a small selection of beverages and snacks included. In addition, beverages were not replenished during the stay,only water was refilled. 3-The bathroom amenities could be enhanced. There was no hair conditioner provided in the shower. 4-The room lacked some basic comfort items, such as bathrobes and slippers. 5-The à la carte restaurant was good but still has room for improvement in terms of food quality, menu variety, and overall experience. Final Impression The resort offers a pleasant atmosphere, excellent staff service, enjoyable entertainment, and a wide range of sports and recreational activities. The food and dining options are good, and the overall experience is enjoyable for both families and couples. Despite a few areas that could be improved, my stay was very positive, and I would be happy to return in the future.

My stay at the resort was truly exceptional and exceeded all expectations. The reception team was professional, welcoming, and the check-in process was fast and smooth. All staff members were friendly, helpful, and always ready to provide excellent service. The hotel facilities were outstanding, clean, and very well organized. The room was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. The food was of high quality, delicious, and offered great variety. Every detail reflected professional and genuine care for guests. I highly appreciate the entire staff for making the stay memorable and enjoyable.

Parfaitement situé en bord de mer. L’équipe d’animation est top (Rozita Achraf Eugène et toute l’équipe) La nourriture est très bien, le service est top que ce soit au restaurant ou dans les chambres. Un grand merci à Mahmoud Amer pour sa gentillesse et ses attentions. L’hôtel est idéal pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants. En cas de vent, il faut aller sur la plage et il y en a bcp moins 😉 Merci

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Das Hotel war durchgehend sehr sauber und gepflegt, sowohl die Zimmer als auch die allgemeinen Bereiche haben einen guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Personal: stets freundlich, aufmerksam und bemüht, auf individuelle Wünsche einzugehen. Man hat sich wirklich gut betreut gefühlt. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt betrifft das Mittag- und Abendessen. Für ein 5-Sterne-Haus hätte ich mir hier etwas mehr Qualität, Vielfalt und Raffinesse gewünscht. Geschmacklich in Ordnung, aber nicht ganz auf dem Niveau, das man in dieser Kategorie erwartet. Insgesamt dennoch ein schöner Aufenthalt mit starkem Service und kleineren Abzügen im kulinarischen Bereich.

Tutto perfetto e meraviglioso, dopo i primi tre giorni abbiamo deciso di modificare il volo di ritorno perché volevamo più tempo per goderci l’hotel e hurghada. Abbiamo chiesto alla reception di posticipare il check out e loro sono stati gentilissimi. Tutto il personale che lavora ininterrottamente fa sì che sia tutto meraviglioso. Super speciali le animatrici per i bambini a cui mia figlia si è affezionata molto. La qualità del cibo è molto buona e varia

Great resort, the pools and beach are fantastic! Food is decent althoug not amazing, team absolutely lovely, room large and good. Wouldn't call the resory especially luxurious but it's very nice. Honestly the only comment I have is the super loud music all evening. For a place this well catered to kids its quite disturbing. Our room was about as far away from it as you can get (right next to the beach with the speakers being near the lobby side) and it was hard to relax in the evenings, even with the balcony door closed.

We had a fantastic stay at Pickalbatros White Beach Resort Hurghada, and would like to share our experience. First of all, we would like to extend a big thank you to all the staff – those working with room service, in the kitchen, by the pool area, and on the beach. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making sure we had the best possible holiday. It was clear that they always did their very best to assist us with anything we needed, which we truly appreciated. The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety and constantly changing menus. Each day offered new flavors and dishes, and the quality was consistently high. The hotel was also always clean and well-maintained – it was clear that a lot of effort goes into keeping everything in excellent condition. We would also like to give a special thanks to Mohammed at Moga SPA for his great service and helpfulness. In addition, we want to highlight the therapists Lilli and Haura, who were highly skilled and professional. They clearly knew their craft and gave us a wonderful experience. All in all, we had an amazing holiday, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay.

Wir waren nun bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und sind wieder rundum begeistert. Der gesamte Aufenthalt war einfach hervorragend. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Team an der Rezeption. Dort waren alle jederzeit sehr, sehr hilfreich, außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit und haben uns vieles ermöglicht. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde stets eingegangen, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, gepflegt und wurden täglich bestens gereinigt. Auch die gesamte Anlage ist in einem top Zustand, sehr schön gestaltet und perfekt instand gehalten. Man merkt sofort, dass hier großer Wert auf Qualität und Sauberkeit gelegt wird. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch das Essen. Die Auswahl ist vielfältig, frisch und qualitativ hochwertig. Für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Insgesamt sind wir vollkommen zufrieden und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We had a fantastic stay at the resort! It was very family-friendly, and our children had an amazing time throughout. The food was good overall. There weren’t many vegetarian options, but the chef was very accommodating and happy to prepare something on request, which we really appreciated. There was still a great variety for everyone else. The entertainment team truly stood out they were excellent. Even when only a few people joined an activity, they kept the energy up and made sure everyone felt included. The staff overall were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. We would happily give this resort a 5-star review and would definitely return!

I had an amazing stay at White Hills Resort Sharm El Sheikh — everything from start to finish exceeded my expectations. The resort itself is beautiful, clean, and really well maintained, with so many great facilities to enjoy. A special thank you to Ahmed Ewes, who made the experience even better. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and always went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and friendly attitude didn’t go unnoticed. Also, Khalif deserves a big mention — he was fantastic throughout our stay. Always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring, he made us feel so comfortable and looked after at all times. The service overall was top tier, the staff were warm and accommodating, and the atmosphere was just perfect for a relaxing holiday. I would 100% recommend this resort and will definitely be returning!
