They serve absolutely delicious food. The quality is top notch, the presentation is beautiful, and everything tastes fresh and perfectly cooked. The ambiance adds to the experience, making it a great place to enjoy a memorable meal. It was my wife’s birthday, and they kindly gave us a discount and surprised us with a complimentary cake, which was delicious. Arpan Ji was our server, and he was excellent, friendly & very attentive. We’ll definitely be coming back again :)

One of the best dining experiences — way better than I expected! We ordered pani puri and prawn & meat biryani, and honestly? They were delicious and perfectly balanced in flavor. But the highlight? Milan, the staff member — super sweet and incredibly attentive to every little detail. You should definitely keep him; he seriously elevates the whole experience. I’ll definitely be coming back. Princess approved.

This is our second visit to Pincode- Galleria mall Abu Dhabi and we were super impressed! We went with the options recommended by the staff. We ordered the Palak patta chaat, Chicken Changezi and Garlic naan. For drinks we had their signature Madurai Bloom and Kairi Panna. All of the food was super delicious and the drinks were refreshing! A very special thank you to Saba for making our lunch special with her spot on recommendations! We will definitely visit Pincode again and would definitely recommend the place for everybody!

My experience at the restaurant was very good overall. The receptionist suggested a dish with no chili, and upon arrival I waited for more than ten minutes because they thought I was still reviewing the menu while I was actually on my phone. The manager then noticed me, came over quickly, personally provided assistance, and apologized for the delay and the misunderstanding. I informed him that I do not eat spicy food because I had surgery two days ago and cannot have anything spicy at all. He was very understanding and said the staff’s suggestion was appropriate. He also added a dish with very mild chili on his own recommendation, saying it was flavorful and hoping I would enjoy it. When the food was served, they also provided a sauce or curry gravy (I am not sure of the exact name), which was very tasty and was offered by the manager as a complimentary gesture of appreciation. Overall, the food was delicious, and the staff’s attention left a very positive impression on me. Despite the restaurant being busy, the team was efficient, attentive, and quick to respond.

Top class Vegetarian food with some great options. Recommend the popcorn soup & the Potato spiral chaat. Rahul & Saba were so attentive and kind. Loved my time here

We love the flavor of biryani and all other starters we ordered. Staffs are very graceful and serving with smiling faces especially Milan and Sunny did the great service for us. Thank you.

Had a fantastic experience at Pincode! The food was genuinely outstanding full of flavor and beautifully presented. What really elevated the evening was the service. Milan did a brilliant job, making sure we were well taken care of throughout attentive without being intrusive, and always on point with recommendations. The overall atmosphere was equally impressive, with a great vibe that made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. Everything just came together perfectly. Definitely a place worth visiting again!

I recently dined at Pincode by Kunal Kapur, and it was a delightful culinary experience. The ambience is elegant, modern, and tastefully designed, giving a premium feel right from the moment you walk in. It’s a great place for both casual dining and special occasions. The food was absolutely delicious -flavorful, well-presented, and beautifully balanced. I tried a hearty curry topped with boiled eggs and microgreens, which was rich, aromatic, and perfectly spiced. The crispy papad-style crackers served with two kinds of chutneys made for a refreshing start to the meal. For dessert, I had two varieties of kulfi - one peanut butter and one rose - both creamy, authentic, and wonderfully plated with a drizzle of sauce. Every dish showcased creativity and attention to detail, just as you’d expect from Chef Kunal Kapur’s kitchen. If there’s one small area for improvement, it would be the service. While the staff were polite, the service quality didn’t fully match the restaurant’s elegant ambience. A bit more attentiveness would elevate the overall experience to perfection.

We visited this restaurant for lunch. The restaurant is located in he Galleria mall. It ai an authentic Indian restaurant by Kunal Kapoor. The restaurant decor is very exotic with retro picture making the ambiance very nostalgic. the food was very tasty and traditional Indian delicacies. What I liked was that some of he dishes were served in a traditional dabba. It was my sisters wedding anniversary and they served complimentary cake and music with small lights. The staff were very helpful and cooperative

Das ausgezeichnete Restaurant befindet sich im Einkaufszentrum in der obersten Etage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Auswahl groß, die Speisen hervorragend zubereitet und sehr lecker! Absolut zu empfehlen! Wer indische Küche mag wird sich hier sehr wohl fühlen! Es war sehr lecker und ein tolles Erlebnis!

Beautiful set up and presentation. Starter sizes are a bit small for sharing, but everything we tried was delicious. Service was great. Highly recommend it.

The friendliest of staff the food and everything was amazing we spent my baby sisters birthday dinner here and they gave us the cake on the house couldn’t ask for a better way to end the day I loved it 100% recommend

Disappointing experience at Pincode! We have been here before and how the standards have changed. Surprised to see the Michelin tag! Ordered masala tea and bhutte ke kabaab. The service was extremely poor and the staff looked demotivated. No interest in taking the order. The tea came n it was ok. Just regular tea. Nothing extraordinary. We waited for the other order. No one came to check…nothing… we paid and left. When we informed the reception, they took it casually. No regrets nothing… just a casual’ oh you could hv called us and checked’. We waited for a good 45 minutes! Does no one check on the orders or the customers? Basic restaurant manners and etiquette. Absolutely no motivation to ever come back here.

Beautiful place to dine in with friends and family. We booked for a bday celebration and they assisted well. The ambience is great so authentic so Indian. They have elements which will take you to the royalty of Indian Heritage. The staff is sweet and courteous from your welcome to being served they are always smiling and happy. The menu is not extensive but i am sure you will get a taste for every pallet you need ti choose well. Overall enjoyed the whole experience with Pincode thank you
