Today, I was encounter the cashier today around 5:45pm. Cashier is not approachable and also she doesn't know how to talk properly. I asked her but she's like rude how to answer me for a simple question. Could you please train properly her

Super pack with Filipino items. Price are so cheap specially the skin care products I live in Sharja but I often buy Filipino products here

Good selection of Filipino goods according to my better half, a little more expensive than we are used to, but good to find most things in one place. If we are to make larger purchases, we will probably choose cheaper places. The times we have been there, there is nothing wrong to say about the staff, they have always been helpful and cheerful. Centrally located near bus stops at Hana Center.

I didnt recommend the biko its too disgusting i was craving to eat but when i open it even the animals cant eat it make your food standard for costumer

Staff are rude. Dont even know how to smile. Specially in the counter Cashier Ladies are not happy to accomodate customers..if you ask they will answer rudely.

Cashier today ,,5:00pm the one has long hair and slim body don't know how to approach costumer in manners way..

Never buy their fairy skin sunscreen, it's a fake! Your skin would definitely damage! Smells like glue , I'm a fairy skin sunscreen user but first time I buy smells like glue . Very disappointment!!!!!!!!!!!! Wasted of money

I am regular customer here in pinoy mart al jafiliya for more than 3 years ,,i want to do the shopping here because mostly the items that we are regularly using are available here and also the staffs are very approachable and very attentive

Apart from the recent complaints about the staffs who are very rude especially the counter staffs, it happened to me twice that they are charging me extra item that I didn’t even get. I called their manager on the number they provided in the receipt but didn’t receive any feedback from my concern. Though they charged me twice for 2.50 fils only it will be a big amount soon if they keep charging their customers.

so far I had a great experience, products are pricy which I understand. The staff are okay compared to the other reviews well I guess they are just in the good mood 😂 I believe well deserved for 5 stars! ⭐️

Recently found this place and I was happy and excited, yung feeling na nasa pinas ka lang, most items na di mo basta basta makikita sa westzone or other supermarket makikita mo sa kanila. Price is okay hindi over priced. Problema lang eh ung staff, I came around 2PM dahil siguro sa init at hindi sila ganun ka friendly. I remembered I smiled to 2 of their staff pero she look at me from head to toe, the other one just ignored me. By the way they also have those skin care, perfume and make up products from thailand at Philippines

The cashiers are rude ..hope they will have a good and friendly cashier..it seems they owned the shop

Staff at the counter was not helpful, seems not willing to do her job, zero customer service.
