Pizza Hut | VJ Happiness Street Hinjewadi, Pune

Bad pizza, stale and stinky chicken wings, uninterested staff. The ingredients mentioned in the toppings were not added. Also, even after asking they did not send me a feedback link or a QR. Pathetic!

Tried different styles of pizza with different toppings on it. I would say that the crust was very thick and the cheeses inside the cheese burst pizza was not melted properly, accumulating at one place and giving direct cheese taste. Here the pizza hut taste was not up to the mark as their preparation and taste of food was decent, not up to the mark. I Recommend pizzahut other places in the Hinjewadi phase 1 branch. Also only this place has no options for swiggy dineout, by which we couldn't avail 15% discounts on our bills. Visit others branches of pizza hut except this one.

Very rude manager no manners to talk neither have taken my bill as of now I am requesting to pay the bill but he seems very busy , I feel he is doing a favor on us further there is no ac pizzas served in some cardboard, the worst feeling ever treat ppl as humans

Worst pizza ever had..Pizza hut degraded the quality..Ordered Cheese burst pizza and the cheese was so sticky like fevicol and it doesn’t feel like having cheese burst. There was no flavour in pizza like tandoori paneer. Totally disappointed.

So i am posting the review just after placing the order. 1. When i entered the outlet, there were no menu cards. On asking for that i got to know they kept all menu cards inside the drawer. It was around 10 pm i entered the shop and seems they were in no mood to serve new order though there were hardly any customers. 2. While asking about few items in the menu, the response i got was “ ye to aise hi chaap diya hai “ which means its just listed but nothing such is actually available. 3. Its not pizza hut.. it is this particular outlet which is not operating in right way..

Loved the pizza! The crust was perfectly crispy and toppings were fresh. Service was quick and staff was friendly. Definitely visiting again!

Don’t I warn you please don’t visit here. They’re serving poison to the customers, the cheese in our pizza was like fevicol it had no taste stretched like melted plastic and all 4 of us had upset stomach after eating here. I don’t think there’s any quality control from pizzahut. I can confirm the cheese they’re using is either expired or fake which can make you ill very ill don’t compromise your health eating here.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with this Pizza Hut branch. The staff were completely unprofessional and careless. Orders were not delivered on time, and when they finally arrived, the food was cold and poorly prepared. Every single customer around me looked frustrated and disappointed with the service. This branch clearly has no sense of responsibility or customer care. Very disappointing – Pizza Hut should seriously look into this outlet before they lose more loyal customers.

Placed order for office party and it got placed as well but not received delivery and trying to reach outlet it's showing closed. Tried to reach on different numbers but still no response and it's showing as delivery ready but no luck. Worst service...No response... But order taken and money deducted.

Absolutely the worst experience with Pizza Hut, and it’s not the first time. Delivery took over 1.5 hours, and when the pizza finally arrived, it was cold and completely wrong. I had ordered Onion Capsicum and Cheesy Spicy Delight, but received just a plain onion pizza — seriously?! This is the second time this outlet has messed up my order. Clearly, they don’t care about customer satisfaction or food quality. Domino’s delivers in 30 minutes with proper tracking and accountability, while Pizza Hut just makes you wait endlessly with no apology or compensation. This outlet is a joke. Never ordering from Pizza Hut again. Also I am seeing similar comments from other customers as well and outlet is asking for order id which shows their clear intention of not correcting any thing there. Strongly recommend for avoiding this place.

The staff is not acting professionally at all; they are simply chatting in the adjacent room. I waited ten minutes while repeatedly begging for someone to take my order. I observed them arguing with another delivery person, using extremely foul language... I'm unable to tag @PizzaHut in this, please forward this message. The worst pizza I've ever had. The amount of sauce on both pizzas was excessive. Quickly replace your personnel here, Pizza Hut...

Worst Pizza Hut outlet, I ever seen, no AC no, no paper along, waiting time, Manager also showing rude behaviour.

Last place to go for pizza. No, not even last. Completely avoid this place. We ordered few times and once we can allow some slake but last order was like pizza was taken out of garbage can rather than hot oven. Pizza base was uncooked. Toppings were of third grade quality and could be injurious to health. And garlic bread were overcooked and chewee. Absolutely pathetic level of pizza making. Ruined the day and now I'm never going to order from Pizza Hut. Will also stop people from ordering.

This pizza is a tasty & crispy crust and perfectly balanced toppings. A must-try for any pizza lover!

I don't often post reviews but had to today. I Had the worst pizza of my life here. Please visit this outlet only if you want to get disappointed. Blant and pathetic taste. It was as if I was eating plain maida with only bad quality cheese.

We have visited Pizza Hut multiple times on Wednesdays to avail of their Wednesday offers, which are clearly advertised. However, each time we’ve been told that the offer pizza base is finished and we are forced to upgrade to another pizza base for an extra ₹99. One-time unavailability can be understood but facing the same excuse every week feels dishonest and misleading. It’s frustrating and gives the impression that the offer is just a bait to upsell. If you’re not going to honor your own promotions properly, please stop advertising them. This kind of repeated experience feels like a scam and breaks customer trust.

Very unhygienic place. The AC wasn't working. The place was very dirty and a pungent smell was coming. Also the person making pizza wasn't even wearing gloves. I'm highly disappointed with the service.
