It's amazing pizza hut in ajman I have been come here since 1 years ,here staff and service verry good and hygiene food with good taste of meal .Here one of the good behaviour staff her name sonakshi , she's too good and polite behave with costomer I really appreciate. I visited (14.06.2026)the Ajman city center branch to order a My Box pizza, but unfortunately it was not available. It was disappointing as this is one of the popular menu items and I was looking forward to ordering it. I hope the branch improves stock availability and provides better customer service in the future.

Had a great experience at Pizza Hut. The pizza was really delicious and full of flavor 😋 The place was nice and the overall environment was comfortable. However, the prices were quite high. Even the cold drinks were much more expensive compared to outside, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, good taste but prices could be more reasonable.

Very happy with service and guidance for choosing the pizza and side from Ms. Kaur. She was very patience and guided us happily to choose our pizza combo. We had very good time at Pizza Hut today.

We ordered lasagna and creamy chicken mushroom pasta but both are so little in quantity plus so dried and there was only 1 person in the whole restaurant. She was the one who was taking order preparing food serving food and bringing the dishes back. No one was there to properly cooked the pasta.

I called and stayed with this Egyptian lady for over a half hour trying to order and she got my order wrong and they will not answer to fix it. It was so hard for her to understand 1 simple thing so why do you have employees that don’t know how to get orders right and have good service.

I really loved the services. They were so kind and helpful. Especially Sunakshi (staff) was so nice and helpful. I was so thankful for her service💕💕

Honestly i always come to have pizza hut with my friends and family but lately ive been noticing that the staff are getting rude ,i was at city center around 8 and i decided to order pizza at 8:25 pm and i asked "how much time would it take" and she replied it will take 10 minutes and as usual i went to find a table,after 11-13 minutes i went and the pizza was cold and the salad i ordered wasnt even made nor did i get the thousand island sauce (she did not mention that the sauce was not available until i ordered the item),well later when i went and asked about it she gave a cold attitude saying that theres only 2 staff on shift and they didnt have plastic straws with the softdrinks aswell.This was a disappointing experience and i did not like the staff's behaviour and cold food which was served.My receipt number was T1.

They introduced the LIMO pizza thats awesome. Its in budget and various varieties with Pizza(Chicken, Beef and Veg) , Cookies,Pasta and Potato wedges. They serve it quick. Its more than enough for a family of 5 people. Try out will definitely love it .

Navdeep is amazing staff and very helpful. She need to be a supervisor of the branch.
