My favorite place! Always in love

The security management is very bad. I don’t like security management W residence Palm Jumeirah my waste of time 20 to 30 minute without reason security is not there. I am asking after he tell what is the problem his rude behavior. I hope next time good management thanks

I would like to leave a positive review on valet parking team at W residence. Today I had a flat tire and had to stop just in front of W. Asked for a help the valet parking guys. They were so supportive and kind. It was such a great support for me during stressful moment. I was in a rush to the school to pick up my child and got a hole in my tire. Two parking guys (remember one’s name was Chede) were so helpful. They let me park in the shadow until the roadside assistance arrived to replace the tire. Even offered water and help. Really good people. God bless you guys. Thank you.

Here, whenever they make a delivery, they show a lot of attitude. That's right, they always do some drama. They behave very badly. Oh, and this is a very dirty system of theirs.

Today I am coming to visit a friend they just need to help me with the card to go upstairs they just say write your friend I have written him but doesn't answer so they say I am sorry we can not call him to his room what kind of customer service is this in the reception a guy called JOE totally not good customer service when you assist the people you need to have an smile and be helpful but he is not so bad experience

AMAZING !!! One of my favourite place in Dubai and that’s because of their employees, Geez all of them are unique and cool at the same time. Very friendly, quick minded, very professional, all with different personalities but shining as a group ! I really hope you will recognise them !!!

I don’t recommend anyone to buy from this developer they are cheater liars and scammers I bought an apartment and they gave me very low standards with the cheapest material in the market im suffering here with them so many problems inside apartment they don’t want to solve it they just want your money then they will never care about anything so is the worst residence in the market with the worst management
