I would recommend Dr. Gehad and Dr. Dina to my worst enemy as part of some twisted prank. I visited for a consultation and was seen by Dr. Gehad. She was rotating between multiple patients simultaneously. There was no consultation. Without asking about my medical history or explaining the treatments and procedures, she asked the nurse to apply numbing cream on me immediately. When I said I wanted to discuss the treatment first, she appeared irritated. She then looked at the area on my body I wanted to treat, looked me right in the eye and said: “this is so ugly”, which is, needless to say, not professional in a medical setting. More concerning was the information provided. Dr. Gehad told me the treatment would only take two to three sessions for complete results and recovery aand that if I start right now, I would be offered a “very special price just for you,” despite having no prior relationship with the clinic. I don’t know the woman, and she doesn’t know me. (P.S: such laser treatments take significantly more sessions.) After expressing concerns to reception, I was told I could see Dr. Dina instead. While waiting, I overheard Dr. Gehad and Dr. Dina “whispering” in the corridor. When I entered Dr. Dina’s office, she gave the same misleading information but quoted a much higher price than the one I had just been offered, stating it was the best price I would ever find and that the offer I got from Dr. Gehad was just very very special. Despite the experience being hilarious, the cheap sales tactics make this a deeply concerning place. I chose to leave immediately, and I advise everyone in Kuwait to do more research on doctors before visiting and paying for a consultation.
