If I had to choose between eating lawn grass and chicken schezwan rice from Chop46, I would seriously choose lawn grass. At least grass doesn’t cost ₹280 and pretend to be schezwan rice. This place has been in my locality for more than a year, but I never visited because Kalwa–Thane already has many good Chinese food options. Today I finally tried it, and it turned out to be a memorable mistake. Normally, a decent AC restaurant in this area charges around ₹200–₹250 for chicken schezwan rice, and even small non-AC places charge around ₹150–₹180. Chop46 charged ₹280 for non-AC dining, which itself is shocking considering the seating area looks below average. After seeing the setup, we decided takeaway would be safer. The server said 10 minutes, but the order took more than 20 minutes even though only 2 tables were occupied. That’s when I knew something was wrong. After reaching home, the real surprise started. One bite and I realized this was not schezwan rice — it was just red colour, extra spicy, no taste, no flavour, nothing. Even street vendors near Thane station serve better schezwan rice for ₹120, and with more honesty. Overpriced food, slow service, poor ambience, and zero taste. ₹280 for this feels less like food bill and more like fine payment for trusting the wrong place. If possible, I would give 0 stars. Strongly not recommended. Try anywhere else in Thane, chances are it will be better.

Just had an amazing chinese food was craving from so long loved the service Especially the chopper rice gravy is something unique from other I have tried all dishes everything was Perfect but chopper rice made a small place in my heart loved it ,❤️

Tried only starter was good in taste.. Tiny place for two to three group also in the quiet place....

Saw these shop today decided to visit with my wife after long time had something good in kalwa EXCELLENT TASTE loved the service Try barista rice very tastefull with kinda indian spices

Good Chinese Restaurant in the Kalwa area. Small place but it can accomodate 3 or 4 small groups. Food tastes good that's all that matters. Overall worth your money.

No taste, no quantity. The pic is for full plate lolypop and full plate chicken manchurian costing Rs 420 This man says we use good products thats why we are costly. I would never order nor suggest anyone. Bad taste too. Reply for response - The reply shows how you are and your business. Food is not at all good. At least behave good in the reviews. Its my right to write reviews what I feel. If you dont want to be reviewed just turn it off.

Very bad experience towards customer service no manners talking to customer for apologies order at 9pm and got reply from hotel that stuff was over and we were waiting till 11.30pm... such a worst service.

CHOP 46 is one of the best Chinese cusion in the Kalwa. It’s in a small setup, but the ambience is very good and the food quality and quantity is the best / unbeatable. I would say, "Taste authentic Chinese food and enjoy your day."

Good taste they give quality of food and Less prize of dishes in whole kalwa specially the owner is always there in cuisine so uh get eveything proper and good
