Mr. Sabir Butt the “store supervisor” has demonstrated very poor communication and extreme unprofessionalism. My family and I have been their clients for more than 20 years, and just because they couldn’t wrap a VERY delicate vase properly, it broke and when we came for a simple exchange, his way of thanking us for being loyal customers was to dismiss us and claim it is our fault. Even if the item was initially intact, the standard was to double wrap especially a delicate item. Not recommending this place anymore.

Huge showroom with massive quality and quantity i have purchased bedroom set with sofa set very good quality and reasonable price all house decorations stuff is available different country made products are there in the showroom and sales team is very humble specially their Indian manager very helpful and gentlemen.

Not satisfied at all. Few days ago i went to your store to look decorated item for my fully furnished new apartment, i asked one staff (Ms.Alaa) where i can find the wall art, she just pointed only where i can find the item without even assisting me.

Very disappointing experience. I bought a side table and when I first went to collect it, it was already damaged and full of scratches, so I refused to take it. They told me they would replace it, but after waiting and coming back again, the replacement also had scratches. I don’t understand why I was asked to come back and collect it again if it wasn’t even in good condition. The manager said it’s normal because it was a discounted item, which is unacceptable. A discounted item should not mean a damaged product.

I purchased a bedroom set for 7,000 AED, expecting good quality, but within just six months, the wood started cracking, and the surface began peeling off. This is completely unacceptable for the price I paid. The materials used are clearly not durable, and the craftsmanship is disappointing. I reached out for support, but the response has been slow and unhelpful. I would not recommend buying from this store unless they improve their product quality and customer service. Very disappointed!
