Dental NMC Hospital, Sama Tower

I had my two wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Poonam Goel and she was amazing. She’s very smiling and friendly. I was really nervous, but she made me feel calm and comfortable throughout the whole process. The procedure was smooth and not as scary as I expected. Thank you so much, doctor!❤️

I have seen many doctors in NMC Royal and all of them are professionals, pharmacy is conveniently located and has almost all the prescribed medicines. Be wary of parking as their underground facility does not have enough slots and guard keeps issuing the permits without being mindful of the fact. On occasions, registration can be tricky and can take 15 to 30 minutes. Overall there is always a delay in seeing the doctor even with an appointment.

1st visit Neat and clean and professional service by the staff. My son had absess and had to be treated as the tooth had to be removed and it was done without much paid using nitrogen oxide to sedate. He was comfortable with the doctor and everything was quick. 2nd visit It was not really useful and as usual with nmc i was referred to another doctor. So do your research before you go and make sure to call and check before wasting ur money

I came to donate blood, took a photo of the reception, how they work, Arabic girls ignored me, they also took my phone and passport, and the rude behavior was terrible.

Not great to be honest. I felt that everything was very rushed and lack of explanation on what was going on or where to go. While I was having my tooth extracted the dentist was disturbed multiple times by other professionals coming and going from the room. I thought this was extremely unprofessional as the dentist was being distracted in the middle of a surgical procedure. I understand the place is busy and a lot of people need assistance but …The receptionists were unhelpful, not very talkative and had little time to even look at me while they spoke. Except for one male who’s name I didn’t catch. But he was beyond helpful and even went to the pharmacy to organise my prescription for me.

I visited Dr. Arun Ramani for an invisalign and I am VERY satisfied by the result, it was much better than what I anticipated. He was professional and his consultation was very useful. Will definitely get back to him when needed.

My 3yr old daughter had multiple cavities. Dr. Sonu Bose, the pediatric dentist was her doctor. We were not ready for the RCT but seeing her pain we went for it. I am really happy the RCT was very very nicely done. We thank the doctor for the nice work. Thank you.

Visited the facility a couple of times to get my COVID PCR tests done. Well-managed process with great attention to detail - masking, physical distancing, etc. Friendly and courteous staff that made pleasant an experience that is generally stressful and unwelcome. Plenty of parking available.

Dr. Zainab Mansoor is the best talented dental doctor I have ever met. I went so many dental clinics in Abu Dhabi But NMC Dental is the best.

By the way all 5 stars they are all staf 4 the hospital don't Blieve so don't come the doctor very cheap They do not want self-development $$$$

Very bad place and service They tole 1200 aed and after 1 week the filling was broken and after redo it was broken sgsin after 6 month, while i already have a 3 years one till now

The staff is very cooperative, and the doctors i've seen are experienced and knowledgeable.

Large hospital but the waiting times for the GP section are an average of an hour or more.
