It's very good Hotel, very nice stuff, reception incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. You don't find that very often. The price-performance ratio is excellent. Only can recommend this place. This I wrote almost a year ago, but as I am back now in the Hotel, it is still as good as it was. This doesn't happen very often in Iraq.

The hotel has a cozy, vintage charm that made my stay feel comfortable,The staff were incredibly respectful and welcoming, The location in the heart of Ainkawa is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, However, it is a bit far from the city center about a 20 minute drive but the peaceful atmosphere more than makes up for it. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and pleasant stay! 🤗

Its a nice hotel a bit pricey i paid 50$ for a single room but overall worth the price. Very calm the staff is very professional. 💛💙

Hotel is nice location near the airport The rooms is big and clean We ordered from restaurant and they brought our order to the room with mout telling them We asked for our breakfast to be takeaway cuz we left at 5 :00 am The bad thing is that I booked before 3 days told them we are family but they gave us room with the side of smoking ! We didn’t sleep well because of the smoking smell At time of checkout they said yes we have rooms with smoking area allowed and others no but we gave you this one because the hotel is fully booked!

Clean cozy and has a very nice roof bar. However breakfast buffet is highly limited and needs some upgrading

The hotel is very nice and very clean, it provides the guest with supplementary water, hot beverages in addition to the full toiletry( including the shaving kit, toothbrush...). Located in a very calm and clean street with a groceries store next to it. The breakfast wasn't that bad, could be better though. The restaurant located on the roof is amazing!! great food with amazing atmosphere not to forget the wide variety of food on the menu. Would recommend this hotel, especially if you're visiting for business!

The hotel has a very positive vibe , so clean , friendly staff. Location is good too. Near a lots of good resturants just by walking 10 mins.

الفندق جيد جدا والموظفين أيضا لكن هناك بعض النقاط السلبية: الوسادات غير مريحة ولا يوجد مقاسات أخرى, دخان السجائر مزعج في المطعم (لا توجد مساحة خاصة للمدخنين). مكان الفندق يبعد قرابة سبع دقائق مشي عن الأسواق والشارع الرئيسي.

Favourite hotel in Erbil! Nice staff, clean bed linen and bathroom, quiet rooms, and very friendly staff - at the reception desk, in the restaurant and the Moon Roof bar. Breakfast is great and they serve Italian style espresso for request. I really recommend!

Nice, tidy, and elegant hotel. Room size is spacious compared to the standard size. Food has poor varieties and medium quality. People are nice in general. Good meeting hall. Location is very good and close to the active area in the city. I had a problem only with A.C. as the heating was not functioning well during the night. In general it is good as a business and holiday hotel.

From my experience staying there, the room services are good, staff are friendly, it is always clean when you come back to your room, and the breakfast was ok. My only complain would be the parking lot, they don't have a big one.

It’s a 10 minute walk to the centre of ankawah. Nice rooms with everything that you need from shampoo toothbrush et cetera, I had two lunches there they were very good. Reception is very hopeful although security guys can be rude. AC could not be turned into heat which made the room super cold at night.

With my lengthy stay for work I can assess the consistency of service. They are consistently consistent. Highly recommended. Busy road in front but, there are other hotels on even busier roads on high street areas of Ankawa.

Never stayed the night but decent refined bar on the top floor - good views of Ankwara, varied and copious selection of spirits & wine, beer on tap (it's efes though). Heard it gets busy on a Thursday and Friday night, but if you want a quiet drink during the week then it's perfect. Not the cheapest place though but you get what you pay for.

Very good Hotel at Ainkawa . We especially love rooftop and rich taste of breakfast. Evening times you can drink your cofee at roof top with city view.
