We recently hosted my wife’s baby shower at the hotel, and the entire experience was truly exceptional. The ambiance was warm, elegant, and perfectly suited for such a special occasion. What stood out the most was the food — absolutely amazing! Every single guest appreciated the quality, taste, and variety. It was undoubtedly one of the highlights of the event. The hospitality extended by the team was equally commendable. The staff was courteous, attentive, and ensured that everything was handled seamlessly from start to finish. The décor was beautifully done and added a very special touch to the celebration. A big thank you to the entire team for making this occasion so memorable for us and our guests. Highly recommended for any special celebration!

A nice business hotel with well appointed rooms and centrally located in Thane city. The restaurant especially Palates on the 2nd floor has a nice variety of cuisine and foods. Quantity is adequate and the food quality has been maintained for quite a few years now.

Satkar Residency is well-maintained with comfortable, clean rooms and a cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. The real standout was the food—absolutely excellent across the board. Breakfast was superb, featuring a fantastic live station where they whipped up fresh omelets, dosas, and more to order. The continental options were top-notch too, with fluffy pancakes, crispy bacon, fresh fruits, and a great variety of pastries and cereals. It was a perfect start to the day every morning. Service was friendly and efficient, and everything else—from the spotless bathrooms to the convenient location—was spot on. The only minor hiccup was the internet, which felt a bit slow at times, especially in the evenings. But it didn’t detract from the overall great value. Highly recommend for anyone visiting—I’ll definitely be back!

They don't allow early checkin even if rooms are available. I reached at 11 (official check in time is 2) and upon requesting early check in I was told that it would be available but at a charge of 4000 + taxes, which, I feel is quite steep for a 3 hours early checkin request. Rest of the facilities are decent.

I stayed at Satkar Residency for 2 days and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The water coming from the tap was dirty, and after raising a complaint they shifted me to another room. Pros: • Rooms are spacious • Food quality was average Cons: • Room service was very slow • In-room dining was extremely slow • Overall service needs major improvement Would not recommend this property based on my experience.

Overall, it was a good experience at Hotel Satkar Residency. The ambience was nice, and the staff was polite and welcoming. The starters and other dishes were tasty; however, the main course quality needs improvement. Still, it was a pleasant visit.

We had booked the Poolside 4th floor terrace banquet hall for the wedding reception of our son's marriage. The banquet managing personel Mr. Jayaram, Mr. Tushar and Mr. Lobo were very helpful throughout the period from booking till the event completion. We had discussed the food menu options and had tasting sessions till we were satisfied with the taste of the dishes selected and even gave them a recepie as per our requirement which Mr. Lobo suggested and accepted and ensured it was as per our expectations. Their associated decorator Mr. Ashok B from Awaj decorators was very patient in explaining the settings and other necessary details for the event. On the event day everything was ready in time and the catering staff were polite and helpful throughout. Mr. Tushar was there personally till the end to supervise all details. All the guests had a nice time and enjoyed the food and drinks even though the number of guests exceeded our initial estimate by 25%. Overall a very good experience and a day to remember for us all.

We had booked Satkar Rssidency for Wedding Reception function (Poolside). Additionally, we had also booked around 12 rooms (including Deluxe) for our outstation guests who were attending both wedding and reception functions. The entire experience of Reception was beautifully handled by Banerjee Sir and his staff - they helped us in venue selection, poolside decorations, food tasting and menu finalization, guest accommodations and also catered to comfort of each guest and family member with ease. Highly recommend Satkar Residency for family events. Their food is a must try - our guests couldn't stop complimenting the same. We had close to 2-3 major functions (as part of our Bengali customs) arranged in their Hotel - utilized their cafe area for lunches (super cozy).

We had a wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel.from the moment we arrived,the staff made us feel genuinely welcome.the check-in process was smooth and efficient,and the front desk staff was friendly and professional Specially Jash and Pradeep and always ready to help with ay request. Overall it was a memorable stay,and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top notch service and comfort.

I had brought a guest from TVS company to this hotel,Many of his guests were coming from out of state, A T permit car was brought for his transportation The hotel receptionist wouldn't let the car park inside. They drove it out onto the street, not even considering whether the driver would be able to sleep for the return drive.

Used to be a regular at the restaurant many years back during Mr.Shivram Shetty's active participation.... We had visited today after many years to revive those memories.... but with heavy heart i must confess that we are going back with disappointment and sadness , wish I could speak to someone who really cares about this Hotel. Need to focus on quicker service and also show some

Don't go to this hotel because 1. Unbearable cigarette smell in all rooms 2. Gym has no AC, rather AC will not work and technician fools you saying " today only it stopped working" 3. Drainage like swimming pool 4. Breakfast average only Money waste , if you check in to this hotel

I had my wedding in Hotel Satkar Residency.The decoration and arrangement was really nice.But they disappointed in the event management and food arrangements.During the wedding hardly people from event team were there to look after everything. The lightings of the lawn was off when the marriage started. My mother in law had to go to reception to tell them and she missed half of the Wedding.Starters and welcome drink was not served properly.Food was not worth according to the price per plate of 1600!!!We had booked a Chinese live counter also but they didn't even put it .It was so shocking that we had made a note still it was not put.Why?Dj was not playing songs properly. Dj should not be there just to play soft music.In between he should have played some songs so people could dance.The pyros were not coordinated during the entry .Food tasting is a must for the wedding event.We trusted them blindly because of brand name.It was a mistake. I would not recommend to host wedding here of 500 people.Small functions are manageable

The hotel is far from the station.We had wellness session.The amenities were good.The breakfast and lunch was good.The banquet hall was good.

We hosted our son's wedding reception at Poolside in the hotel. The hotel was a great help in curating the menu as per our requirement and the food was appreciated by all the guests. The other arrangements were also very well organised. We had an overall very good experience and will have fond memories of the function.

Hotel is situated in prime and peaceful location perfect for your relaxing stay and banquets are available for small group and big events also has lawn and ample valet parking food quality is good. Only negative is it's lobby and reception area and entrance do not expect grand or luxurious entry or spacious lobby but its neet and good enough place to just wait.

Glad to share the experience here, everything was perfect, the room the food the ambience and the location. But for me the most happy part was the reception person Rajesh. I reached the hotel early than checkin time, asked him if he could manage n get us an early checkin. He requested me to first have breakfast if I hadn’t and in the mean time he will try to check if he can accommodate my request. By the time I was back he had the room ready. Overall one of the best experiences. Would surely visit again.. ☺️☺️☺️
