After completing registration, they are directed to Counter Number 5, which is frequently unattended. This causes confusion, frustration, and extended waiting times for patients who may already be unwell and struggling. It appears that there may not be enough nursing or support staff available to manage the patient flow efficiently. I strongly believe that hiring additional nurses or assigning staff more effectively would greatly improve the situation and reduce patient waiting times. I would like to emphasize that the nursing department and doctors are working extremely hard, and their dedication is highly appreciated. However, without adequate staffing and proper management of patient flow, both patients and healthcare workers are placed under unnecessary stress. I kindly request that management review this matter urgently and take appropriate action to ensure better service and patient care. Thank you for your attention to this important issue. My experience with the Dental Clinic was truly wonderful. The staff were respectful and cooperative, and the doctor was very professional, explaining every step calmly and carefully, which made me feel comfortable and reassured during the treatment. During the consultation, the doctor spoke to me in a manner that I found disrespectful and unprofessional. As a patient, I expect to be treated with dignity, empathy, and clear communication. Unfortunately, the tone and approach used made me uncomfortable and disappointed. I believe respectful communication is essential in healthcare, and I request that this matter be reviewed seriously to ensure a better patient experience in the future. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided at your facility in Baniyas. Recently, we had a very poor experience with the dental department. Unfortunately, the dentist we consulted did not appear sufficiently experienced or capable of providing proper care. As a result, we spent an entire week undergoing treatment that led to unnecessary expenses on medication, loss of time, and no meaningful improvement in the condition. Based on this experience, I strongly believe there is a need for more qualified, efficient, and experienced dentists at your facility to ensure patients receive proper treatment. In addition, I would like to raise a concern regarding the conduct of the information desk staff (South section). It appeared that the staff were not treating all patients equally and fairly, particularly when dealing with different nationalities. This is very concerning and does not reflect the standard of professionalism expected in a healthcare environment. Due to these issues, we have decided not to visit your facility again and will seek treatment at another hospital with more experienced medical professionals. had a very bad experience at Noor Al Ahlia Hospital. There is no proper token or queue system—it felt chaotic, like a fish market, with no organization at all. The doctor’s approach was also confusing. When I asked for a sick leave certificate, she said they have a “different system” and told me to come back later. Even after returning the next day, I only received a basic sick note instead of sick leave certificate. Overall, very unprofessional and poorly managed. I would not recommend this place.

I visited Al Ahliya Center in Bani Yas today. Honestly, I did not like the way the doctor afnidha kunhi parambath conducted the examination; it felt as if she was there unwillingly. In the end, I asked her for a sick leave certificate, and she told me to wait ten minutes. She did not ask me for any details about the medical leave, and then she issued it incorrectly. When I informed her that the sick leave certificate was wrong, she reacted aggressively and her attitude was very unprofessional. She said she could not make any changes and that if I wanted, she would just write it on a paper. After that, I went to the reception and asked if there was a manager or supervisor available, but they told me no one was available. I was shocked by the situation. The receptionist then called her to request a correction. It was the worst experience, and I do not recommend anyone to visit.

I had a very good experience with the doctor Balaji(Orthopaedic) at Noor Ahalia Medical Center Baniyas. The doctor listened to my problem carefully and explained the treatment clearly. The staff were also kind and helpful. I felt comfortable and well cared for during my visit.

This negative review only because for the receptionist of this clinic, One of the two ladies not Ms. Sreelaksh, the other one is very unprofessional and rude towards patients..she didnt even know how to deal patient nicely.. She intentionaly give me wrong information and behaved badly for questioning for the attitude. Company should train her how to deal and behave even in rush times. they were front face of this clinic. We visited Al Noor Ahalia Hospital, Baniyas , on 11 Jan 26 for pediatric consultation as our son had shortness of breath. After waiting over 30 minutes during registration, the pediatrician, Dr. Shabana, came to the waiting area and publicly stated she would not see any more patients and we had to leave to another hospital. This interaction was carried out bluntly, without empathy, explanation, or professionalism, and in full view of other patients and families. Such conduct—especially from a pediatrician dealing with children and anxious parents—is deeply disappointing and unacceptable. At no point we were offered an alternative solution, proper guidance, or a respectful explanation for the refusal to consult. We are deeply disappointed and request the hospital management to address this matter seriously.

Recently me and my husband visited Noor Ahalia Baniyas clinic for a Dental check up and cleaning. We had a great experience with the staffs and doctor. We consulted Dr Rashid Hassan, Dentist. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue we recently faced at your facility Al Ahlia Baniyas. We visited for a consultation, completed the X-ray as advised, and the report indicated a fracture. However, when we returned for the follow-up consultation, we were informed that no doctors were available and were asked to leave. If there were no doctors available, we are unable to understand why the consultation process was initiated in the first place and why the payment was taken from us. This situation caused inconvenience and left us without the medical guidance we urgently needed. We request clarification on this matter and guidance on how this issue can be resolved so it wont happen to other patients who are already suffering
