I don’t usually post reviews, but I feel like it’s my responsibility to warn others. I gave this clinic so many chances, and every time I left feeling more frustrated and disappointed. The hygiene is terrible – the place is not clean, which is unacceptable for a medical or beauty facility. You expect basic cleanliness, but they clearly don’t care. What they do care about is money. That’s their number one priority. They push unnecessary treatments and pressure you into paying for overpriced packages, and once they have your money, they stop caring completely. The staff – from reception to the doctor – are rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. They don’t listen to your concerns or explain things properly. It feels like you’re being rushed in and out like a transaction, not a human being. Worst of all, their treatment damaged my skin. I trusted them with my face, and now I’m dealing with the consequences. When I tried to bring it up, they ignored me and acted like it wasn’t their fault. Please don’t waste your time, money, or trust on this place. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

جربت العديد من الأماكن لعمل الليزر وأقدر أقول أن هالمكان أحد أفضب الأماكن.. خدمة رائعة وشغل مميز.. اللي سوتلي الليزر "جوبيل" وهي دقيقة في عملها

WORST LASER CLINIC!!! dont waste your money on them horrible results and when i asked for a retouch i faced horrible attitude from the doctor + she kept mocking me and disrespecting me. when i finally got a retouch she shaved my hand VERY HARSHLY that i ended up with a burnt skin. ( also the result was still bad) i would suggest changing their management and doctors and maybe take some customer respect classes …. DONT WASTE UR MONEY NOR TIME ON THEM.

Bad customer service. I came in for my appointment and the receptionist walked in from the taxi with no mask right in front of me. She was coughing while sitting on her desk. No one was assigned to do my treatment. It looked like I was begging them to do the treatment for me. The technicians argued about who would do the treatment. Then they asked me to wait in the treatment room which wasn’t clean. I had to look for them again to see if a treatment would be given. I then left the place. It needs serious restructuring and better management.

Been to this Clinic and the service was amazing, I undergo Full beard laser and the outcome was great.Fed up of using razor again and again.I noticed the changes immediately and thank you for Nurse Mona. You did a great Job.Thumbs up Team.I will highly recommend this Clinic and I will definitely come back again
