UPDATE: I am updating my review after receiving a response from the company. I used this agency for my university application and enrollment process. However, when I reached graduation, the university informed me that important documents were missing from my student file. When I asked the agency to provide any proof that these documents had been submitted to the university years ago, they were unable to provide any evidence or records. What makes this even more concerning is that a classmate of mine, Kenan Abbasov, experienced a very similar issue regarding missing documents during his graduation process. As a result, I had to obtain the documents again, pay for translations, certifications, and international shipping at my own expense. I was told that these expenses would be reimbursed once I provided the documents, but no reimbursement was ever made. Instead of helping resolve the situation, I was told that it was not their responsibility to track documents after five years. While I understand that time has passed, I believe a professional educational consultancy should at least be able to provide records showing that the documents were delivered to the university. Fortunately, I was eventually able to graduate, but only after spending additional time, money, and effort to resolve a problem that should not have existed in the first place. For anyone considering this agency, I strongly recommend keeping copies of every document, receipt, and communication throughout the entire process.
