If you wanna experience "WOW" moment for a reasonable price and get your stress escape from your mind, please go for it. Food was also worth for the paid bucks. The only problem, if considered one, would be the miscommunication between the organizer and the driver to pick us while departing.

We booked this property two months ago when it was called Arc Bungalow, expecting a good camping experience in the woods. However, when we arrived, we were shocked to find out that the property is now called Wayanad Trekking under new ownership. No one informed us about this change in advance. When we called the previous owner to complain, he didn’t respond. The new owner outright refused to take any responsibility, claiming they hadn’t accepted our booking. To make matters worse, the owner was rude and dismissive. The property itself was in terrible condition. The bathrooms and rooms were filthy, with no basic necessities like buckets or cups. There was no proper electricity, and the generator kept failing. This made it extremely difficult, especially since we had two kids under 5 years with us. The staff was uncooperative, and the service was abysmal. This was supposed to be a memorable camping experience, but the poor maintenance, lack of professionalism, and outright negligence ruined our trip. Avoid this property at all costs!

The owner (Anu) and the co-ordinators of both the campsites we visited are really really humble and easy going. They (especially Anu and Binshad) went out of their way to make sure all of us were comfortable. I absolutely loved and was totally satisfied by the properties and the services they provided. Adding to that, the food was really great at both the campsites. Only one feedback is, the washrooms at the first campsite could have been better. Still giving 5 stars because their commitment and the humbleness compensated the little inconvenience we had.

Don't go to this wayanad trekking travel company. They are not responding to tourist kindly and they not providing camp properly to the guest lunch, dinner and breakfast are not providing property to us one of the bad 😞 experience in this wayanad trekking travel company. They tell to us food is unlimited but they start the dinner with in 20 minutes they telling to us all food are empty ...... Don't trust the wayanad trekking travel company this my experience and most honest review from my 14 members guys and my guys very very disappointed from this travel company and most important thing is they telling to us in night 11.00 clock sorry the camp are not there for your gang and you can stay the common room what is that's why we are came the for staying in common room ..................... Once again I am telling don't trust wayanad trekking travel company

We went 4 months ago we had a very worst experience and they had no basic necessities there and they are not all bother about the minimum cleanliness of the property and room’s and our vacation spoiled I don’t recommend to anyone

We visited property last December They don't even provide basic necessity there were no proper security measures in that property it was very dirty environment They tricked us very well there was no connection between the photos they provided and reality please don't go there alert
