Constructive Feedback – A Request for Better Quality Control I am writing this to share both my past positive experience and my current concerns regarding the service provided in April 2026. The Positive: Last year, we had a wonderful experience with a caretaker from this agency who was professional and capable. Based on that success and their 2.2k positive ratings, we trusted them again for my 94-year-old grandfather. The Concern: Unfortunately, the current experience has not met those same professional standards. Despite paying the agency fees upfront, the caretaker provided lacks the specialized training required for elderly care. For a 94-year-old, emotional support, patience, kindness, caregiving and expert communication are non-negotiable. It has been disappointing to hear constant complaints about my grandfather’s behavior (screaming) rather than seeing the professional patience and understanding that a trained expert should provide. Advice for Families & the Agency: I highly recommend that the agency returns to their previous high standards of screening. Even training there staffs and providing the experts caretaker. For families hiring for childcare or elderly care: Do not rely solely on ratings. I suggest requesting a video call with the specific caretaker before paying any fees. Ask direct questions to ensure they have the "trained expertise" required for your specific needs. We truly value this agency’s past work, but for sensitive elderly care, professionalism and specialized training must remain a top priority.

Very Poor Service – Not Recommended ❌ This is the worst agency I have ever dealt with. They do not fulfill what they promise. After registering with them, they kept saying they would arrange a maid, but nothing was ever done. For two months I struggled without a maid while they kept giving excuses and false assurances. Their service is unreliable and unprofessional. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. Very disappointing experience.

DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM. Go through their just dial reviews as well. Before they reply with a chatgpt response, I would like to highlight these fraudsters before i go on to file a police complaint against them. I have already filed a consumer court complaint. 1) They take 50% of the advance with sweet promises of fulfilling the requirements within 48 hours. Took a whole 20 minute call before the payment suggesting they will align someone based on my requirement only. ( for example: my requirement was 12 hour househelp who is aged between 30-40 because of the kind of work , and someone who stays closeby) 2) Once the 50% advance was paid, after innumerable calls and messages, they say they're still interviewing and are trying to find. A week had passed. They had promised 50% refund if not able to fulfil within the timeline. 3) when I suggested for a refund, they sent two profiles - one who was a 19 year old who lived faraway - one who was a 26 year old who was not interested in working 12 hours. We decided to call the 19 year old but backed out last minute because efforts would be wasted on teaching her the top work when she wouldn't last a week because she was very weak and young and wouldn't be able to travel daily from dharavi for 12 hours. 4) Agency on 27th may suggested they will issue a refund on Monday - 1st June. On 1st June they say that no refund only service possible. No service being provided. No refund being initiated. we're stuck. 5) We asked for a change to a 4 hour service since we've already paid the entire amount for it, they said that's not possible because that's the different department. we had been cordial until this point when Miss Aarti started raising her voice. I have recordings of their consumer helpline also cancelling the call rudely and not giving the number of their superiors. I have filed a consumer court complaint against m/s expoint recruitment services private limited. I am also planning to file a police complaint ( which I read on mumbai mirror have already been filed against these goons but to no avail) The whole point of this post was to stop more people from wasting their hard earned money on these fraudsters. Now they'll reply using chatgpt which is so funny to me.

I actually paid them advance because on Google they were above 4. Now I'm seeing their rating has dropped I'll be glad to provide a honest review as I've already paid them and since last 12 days haven't even started receiving their service. Full story is below. I gave a very clear requirement of requiring a nanny from 11th May. I was told once payment is done profiles will come in 24 hours. This was even promised in writing on whatsapp (on whatsapp it became 24-72 hrs which is still fine). Sonal from their team followed up multiple times for payment in early April. I was still deciding agency at that time and to my misfortune I finally paid them on 20th April. It's been 12 days and I haven't received even a single profile... Now Sonal is giving the excuse that 24 hours nanny profiles are only available for immediate joining. My joining date was clear and while taking my payment no such thing was mentioned to me. Sonal blatantly lied when it came to payment, she just wanted to collect payments asap when she knew she wouldn't be able to give me profiles within 24 hours as per her promise. Why were repeated payment follow ups made? As for comparison some agencies I had contacted clearly refused to take my payment that early and told me to contact close to joining date. But I wanted to lock onto the nanny earlier and was hunting for an agency that could pull off what I wanted and this agency agreed. I was indeed a bloody fool to trust in them. I let go off all the other honest agencies that requested me to wait till 3 days before the joining date. I regret ever trusting this agency that took advance also and also spoiled my hiring plans It's been 12 days and I am unable to wait any longer. I have taken two other interviews on my own due to the lack of the ability of this fraud team and will be finalizing a nanny on my own. I'm surprised if I'm able to find two nannies to interview through my own network why can't the agency give a single one? The answer is clear major incompetence and blatant disregard for the customer. If the management is reading, kindly process my refund ASAP. And no I'm not going to delete my review even after refund. But If I get my refund. I'll edit my review and mention that I got my refund.

They deserve negative points. Extremely disappointing experience. I paid a 50% advance on 23rd April after being assured that a suitable full-time maid would be provided. Despite repeated follow-ups for nearly a month, no maid was arranged and there was little to no communication from their team. My requirement and urgency were clearly communicated, yet they failed to deliver on their commitment. When I requested a refund due to non-fulfillment of the service, it was denied and my calls were eventually ignored. Excellent at collecting advance payments, but very poor when it comes to service delivery, communication, and customer satisfaction. Proceed with caution before making any advance payment.

What do I tell you about this fraud company Think a lot before you plan to get services from them I paid 25000 brokerage to them in May 2025 with an intention of having a baby sitter and a cook. The agreement was maid and I was told I will be getting profiles to get some maids In total 2 maids were sent in the first month who left the work in 1 day because they were not cooks and were not told by Kaamwali Bais team about the actual contract They were only sent to keep the clients quiet so that they could say, they had sent a maid Today, it’s April 2026 and I still don’t have any maid. They say that the maids want more money which apparently I agreed to pay but yet no maids. They don’t pick up my calls, they don’t provide services and instead says go and complain wherever you want. If you really need a real honest feedback, ping me and o can share you everything in detail. Keep your money safe and don’t waste on them

Extremely poor service. It is more than 1.5 months and this agency has not been able to provide even one proper profile to interview and hire after taking 50% advance fees. And now after demanding the advance refund they are not ready to refund. Consumer voice needs to be stronger and not taken for a ride.

Very very very bad experience of this agency... If you are looking kamwali bai through this agency then please go through this review 1. They only entertained new customer. Existing customer are not getting any kind of responses. 2. They provide untrained kamwali bai. 3. If kamwali bai is from other state they dint do police verification. Only adhar card they carry.. 4. Miss Pooja yadav was attending me... She is cunning women and make false commitment to give bai.. After few days she stop attending my calls. 5. My bai having some skin disease. 6. This people are total Fraud. Miss Sania and Miss Ruksar are making me fool since last 20 days. This people didnt provide me service and are not refunding me my money back. At the time when we were making contract i had asked Miss Ruksar that what if you will not able to provide she clearly told me that they will provide me my refund and now at the time when they didnt provide me service Ruksar forwarded my case to Sania and sania dont reply at all. Please dont take this service they will just take your money. Many times i asked sania to share me contact details of their superior but mone of them are giving any detials and not replying to our mails also. And Miss Sania tells me that do whatever you want to this is the way we are.

Kaamwalibais is a complete scam. They do not have enough maids on their panel right now. They will take your money but never provide the promised service. I reached out to them through their Google-listed website, and within a day, their associate Pawan called me—even though it was a Sunday, their non-working day. We discussed the terms, and I clearly mentioned that I needed a maid by Tuesday or at the latest Wednesday. At no point did he mention that the entire process would take longer. Instead, the very next day, he immediately sent me a contract and asked for 50% of the registration fee, which I paid the same day. Since then, they have disappeared. Pawan does not respond unless I chase him through his lead (whose contact is listed on their website). After multiple follow-ups, they shared just one maid profile—without even discussing our requirements with us. That maid outright refused to meet our needs. I followed up again, and they shared another profile, but never arranged a call with her either. Despite repeatedly stressing that I urgently needed a nanny because I had taken leave from work to care for my baby, they showed zero urgency and ignored my situation. Please beware of this company. Do not pay their registration fees unless they first provide at least one suitable profile. In fact, it may be safer to avoid their services altogether.
