⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Al-Khidmat Hospital Nazimabad and its diagnostic center provide outstanding services. The doctors are experienced, the staff is respectful, and the overall management is very professional. The diagnostic center is efficient, and reports are delivered on time. What impressed me the most is that their consultation fees and test charges are much more affordable than many famous hospitals, yet the quality of service is excellent. It's rare to find a place that combines professional healthcare, accurate diagnostics, and reasonable pricing so well. A great healthcare facility for the community. Highly recommended.

Very disappointing experience at Al-Khidmat Hospital Nazimabad. There is no proper information desk in the laboratory/diagnostic area. When I simply asked where I could get information regarding a test, the staff told me to first take a token and wait for my turn just to ask whether the test is available, its cost, and where it is conducted. In emergency situations, patients and their families cannot wait 1–2 hours only for basic information. The behavior of the staff and management was highly unprofessional and disrespectful, making visitors feel ignored rather than assisted. Although the hospital may offer services at comparatively lower costs, this does not justify poor behavior or treating people without respect. Patients and their attendants deserve proper guidance and courteous treatment, not an attitude that makes them feel helpless. Hospitals should prioritize patient facilitation, professionalism, and humane behavior, especially in emergency and diagnostic matters. Proper management and staff training are seriously needed.

Recently had an experience with this Diagnostic Center for an MRI. The center has state of the art equipment, cordial and cooperative staff and cleanliness etc. Yet there is lot of room for improvement. 1. Primary objective to provide quality heathcare services at affordable price. This can be improved by applying modern technology. For example, remove the cost of radiology films by digital imaging, deliver images on CDs and download link. 2. Staff needs training on people handling. Found some patients arguing illogically but staff were unable to explain and satisfy them. May be one trained person be staffed for handling unsatisfied or rudy customers in professional manner. 3. Waiting time: Often long waiting time is irritating and painful. An online and/or over the phone appointment system can resolve it as well as unnecessary crowding.

The staff's behavior is not good at all. If you ask something, they don't give you the right answer. And they make you feel like It's like they've asked for money. Ultrasound doctors are also not good. If you can't talk well, don't become a doctor because the patient gets cured only by the doctor's words.

Al Khidmat Hospital located at Nazimabad. They are offering good services with very reasonable charges. High skill Doctors and pera medical staff were their to take care of patients. Internal blood Bank and laboratory were also there.

It's not a hospital ,it's a slaughter house. patients are treated like cattles here, poor management,ill- mannered and impolite staff.feels like a nightmare

My experience with Dr. Muhammad Tanweer Khalid (Gastroenterologist) at Al Khidmat Hospital Nazimabad was extremely disappointing. The doctor gave me barely 3 minutes and did not follow any professional approach. A gastroenterologist is supposed to take detailed history, understand symptoms, and perform a basic assessment, but none of this was done. Without any proper evaluation, he immediately said, ‘You need an endoscopy,’ and then directly mentioned Imam Clinic, saying he could do the endoscopy there for 15,000. He also stated that he ‘cannot say anything without an endoscopy,’ which did not sound medically appropriate or patient-friendly. Overall, it felt like he was more interested in pushing an endoscopy rather than understanding the patient. I was not satisfied at all, extremely poor experience.

Very nice hosp to go organised clean environment went there for my fathers mri well managed staff is really nice highly recommended plus charges are very cost effective

I called many times via helpline numbers this Hospital but many times not attain call and one time operator give me an other mobile number for MRI service. I call many time that mobile number but not pickup my call. My experience very not good this Hospital 3rd class service..(Al khidmat Hospital Nazimabad)

Alkhidmat Hospital bohat achha he lekin Doctors ko ikhlaqi tarbiyat dene ki ashad zarurat he. Proper Visible and Easy complaint system hona chahye.

No seats or chair at ground floor: I took my mother to a dermatologist who sites at first floor. There was no lift at their adjacent building which houses Eye , skin and others OPDs. Doctor was late so we decided not to go upstairs and wait for the doctor at the ground floor because if the doctor didn't arrive my mother' climbing of stairs would go in vain. But sorry to say there was not a single seat or chair or bench at the ground floor of the building for waiting patients. My mother waited in rickshaw for half an hour but the doctor didn't arrive.

Most of the time at night, whenever you call the reception, nobody answers. You just keep calling like crazy with no response. This mostly happens between 12 AM and 4 AM. I have noticed this issue many times, not just once. Today, I gave another low rating because of this poor service.

Pathetic administration and doctor hanging out a patient to one and another . But no relief poor management. Emergency staff doctor refer to another doctor and the doctor refer me to another doctor who is not taking opd today.

No doubt the test prices are low, but my experience was disappointing. The doctor seemed inexperienced and asked for multiple tests for a simple fever. I did the tests here, but even after 30+ hours the report was not ready. I’ve decided not to come back — better to pay a little more and go to a reliable lab

Hello today I’m visiting alkidmat hospital for emergency checkup 10/sep/2025 time around 12:00 pm I’m have gynae issue jo k har haaal mai har jagah checkup krlena hai agr emergency ho Wahan general worth mai ek gynae ki doc thi she’s name rizwana jin ko zara tameeez nhi thi bt krna ki even batamezi sa jawab diya or checkup nhi kiya k mai check up nhi kro gi apki yahan ki fail nhi bani hui mai yahan rahti nhi hun tou fail kaisa banao gi mai tou yahan ai thi Ami k ghr tou ya problem hogai matlb bht bht bht batamez doc thi 2nd floor pr gynaecologist thi jin ko ye bh nhi Pata koi emergency mai aya he toh kya pareshani hai bed experience

Bohat hi "Ghatya" aur non-professional staff ko counter par bethaya hoa hay. jo miss guide kartay hain, patient ko mazeed pareshan kartay hain. Jinhen baat karnay ki bhi tameez nahi hay. jo khud ko "Foundation" ka malik aur aanay walay patient ko ghareeb bhikari samjhtay hain.
