Hot Burger

I am very disappointed with the service I received. I placed an order for 2 shawarma and juice waited for more than 30 minutes. Meanwhile, customers who came after me were served before me, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the staff behaved in a very rude and unprofessional manner. Instead of resolving the issue, they told me to “get out if you want,” which is extremely disrespectful. This kind of service is not acceptable. I expect better treatment and proper order handling. I will not recommend this place to others unless serious improvements are made.

We ordered twice from here. Only Burger, sambosa, shawarma. Burger and sambosa was good, the vegetable and chicken sambosa is good, but cheese sambosa is very very small not worth money. Shawarma was bad quality, did not taste like shawarma, inside it not fresh vegetables. I just recommend burgers and sambosa honestly. Order did not take long, 20 minutes both times we ordered. The guy taking the ordered put ‘toasted’ shawarma (6aed) instead of regular Shawarma (5aed) I don’t know why. Make sure to repeat your order twice so that he put the correct items.

The service is quick but everything else at this place is very questionable. I got schezwan mixed fried rice, chicken drumsticks and chili chicken. All of them were orangish in colour as though it was dipped in food colour. Drumsticks looked as though someone already ate and left the bone. The taste was very bland and the chili chicken literally had 5-6 pieces.

ordered using a delivery app so I wont say anything about the delivery time. The food is alright , you get what you pay for basically.

goodmorning il just order a few hours in talabat 3pcs chicken meal the fries is ok the chicken ok normal but the side dish coleslow the smell iss no good and the taste its very bad👎👎👎👎😞 i dont know but plas check all before you serve in customer!!!!!😡

Worst customer service, I ordered Mix grill which was not fresh, Mango milkshake was amazing & Pomegranate juice was epic, they actually made it with milk which had already turned into curd. After complaining that it can't be digested with milk they refuse to replace it and I have to pay for that. Strictly not recommended if you love yourself😉

Very Bad service from Staffs I wait almost 1hr

Yesterday we ordered half charcoal chicken , we all had food poison , loose motion and other exhausting feel , they’re using very low quality foodstuffs, I’m not recommending it, totally disappointed 😢

Okay I have been here 5 times already in a weeks time and it’s time to review!! It is just 2 mints drive from the place I stay, the food in here is so fresh and unique. Their burgers are amazing specially double zinger burger. Bubble teas are amazing as well. I usually stop by at the restaurant and pick up food and had to wait for sometime but it’s worth waiting. Very reasonably priced fast food place in the city. The staff is really what has me coming back. Specially the lady who works in there. This location has great set of people working, they are wonderful and always hardworking. A lot to tell but I leave the rest of the experience to you! Strongly recommended!

The customer service is terrible and some of the staff treating customer like shit it was happened in evening around 6:00 clock at last the shawarma guy serve me to my table other staff are actually useless you need to teach them how to handle a customer when they are in the table
