Had a wonderful experience at Hotel Al Khaleej Kalam. It’s truly an amazing place with breathtaking views that make your stay unforgettable. The staff is extremely cooperative, polite, and always ready to help, which adds a lot of comfort to the overall experience. The hotel itself is very beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rates are also very reasonable and totally justified for the quality and location, which makes it a great value for money. However, there are a couple of areas that need improvement. The heater was charged separately, which felt a bit inconvenient, and the hot water was only mildly warm instead of properly hot. Improving these aspects would make the experience even better. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended for anyone visiting Kalam!

The hotel itself is very nice with a very beautiful view. However, the rooms can use some renovations, the bathrooms need exhaust fans,and the food was a bit pricey.

It is a very good place to spend holidays .me and my family realy enjoyed there .

The hotel stay was amazing—spacious, cozy rooms with a stunning lake view right in front. Surrounded by mountains, snowy peaks in the distance, and the soothing sounds of birds and flowing water made it a truly unforgettable experience.

It is a very bad place to stay in kalam. They tell us not to use too much hot water. Rude and bossy behavior of staff. If u order food they will bring it from outside in a bike. They object to hanging clothes in the open. I bought food from outside and they stopped me at the reception that outside food is not allowed in rooms. They are not ready to listen to our reservations and just keep telling you the rules. Don't ruin your vacations by staying here.

Not very good experience staying at this hotel. Room size was fairly big but no heating. Windows were damaged that made night in the room like sleeping in out in the open. Perhaps this hotel is good for summer but absolutely not for cold weather. Reception staff was alright. Hotel food was not up to the standard, eating elsewhere is highly recommended. The view is again not so great but it completely depend what you perceive as a good view. Cost was alright but that's mainly due to off peak season. Not the place you would want to visit again!

First thing is that hotel was clean, staff was very polite, well dressed and served all extra mattresses and blankets required with a smile. Food was available at market price and against the practice that other hotels charge exorbitantly high price than street restaurants. Tea and food was served in clean and quality cups and utensils. Room was spacious. Great plus is the open area in front of hotel with scenic view, you don't need to go out to enjoy, rather can sit in its private garden and enjoy scenic view. Location is on main road one min walk to main bazar, so easy approach with now crowd.

A good and clean hotel right at the entrance of kalaam. The rooms were spacious and the sitting area outside the rooms gives a good view of the mountains and the river flowing. The food is not up to the required standard, it could be due to the lockdown and the hotel reopening recently.

It was good experience to stay in Al khaleej hotel. Kalam. 1. Spaceous parking and lobby. 2. Big room 3. Excellent service 4. Quick and good food 5. Cleanliness need improvement, e.g. bed sheets and specially the washrooms, as it destroys all efforts of other groups like waiters, cooks, rooms service etc. 6. But over all good experience in so far place. 😌 👍

Got a chance to stay in the hotel for a night. Have visited almost 5 hotels in the vicinity but this was most clean and in reasonable cost. It is little bit far away from Main Kalam market. Have an amazing view of few nearby mountains and a small patch of river. Friendly staff

Just reached home and decided to give review as soon as possible. What a great experience with al khalij whole staff was so humble and decent the way they dealt us was so professional. Food and environment was excellent. Best best hotel for family and couples. Huge parking area we felt so much safe and satisfied. Must go there if anyone planing to visit kalam.

One of the most accommodating and clean hotels that I stayed in during my trip to Swat. The rooms were affordable and clean which was a major change from having to stay in Bahrain the night before. The management was top-notch and very polite in the way they talked to their customers. They have WiFi provided, but the WiFi strength isn't strong enough to reach the rooms. So, if you need to use it, then you're gonna have to go to the lobby or the restaurant. The hotel does provide food, but doesn't allow cooked food inside the rooms. The menu is varied enough to have a new meal everyday, but most foods do taste more or less the same, like the soups and sandwiches. Overall, I had an amazing experience with my time in Hotel Al-Khaleej. If I were to go back to Swat, I'd definitely book my stay here every time.

One of the best in kalaam. Location is excellent. Well equipped and maintained rooms. Economical on the budget as well. 9 out of 10. One point for a little cleanliness required in dining hall. Cheers

Amazing view. No complementary breakfast. No wifi. You will get your food after 1 hour if you are lucky. Excellent place with amazing view. Dated 16 Aug 2021

One of their waiters told us our jeep for Mahodand Lake will be arranged by the management as part of the package, and guess what. The waiter disappeared into thin air the next morning and there was no jeep ready for us at 9 AM. Instead of compensation, the management tried to hush us when we tried to protest at the reception for fear of bad publicity. Well, guess what, I will tell the world my experience. NEVER STAY WITH THESE GOD-AWFUL, MONEY STEALING CON ARTISTS! Save your money and stay elsewhere. Never here.

Best place in kalam' Sawat. Hotel Al- Khaleej Kalam is beautifully designed having hill as well as River view and very neat and clean.its almost 3 star hotel not so expensive' affoardable rsidence in Kalam. Spacious and artistically designed. I enjoyed my stay there with my family enjoyable and comfortable. Its located on the west or left side of main road when enter into Kalam Bazar from Bahrin Mingora and Madiyan. Although all the hotels of Kalam are spacious and much better if compare to the hotels of Murree. Kalam Bazar is not a big Bazar but i impressed from the hotels of Kalam River makes the living lively and lush green hills give eye catching view. I am absolutely appreciate the beauty of kalam valley and neaby areas Mohudand lakeand meadows waterfalls and Ushu glacier. Kumrat valley another attraction but its easy to approach from Dir. Accessibility from Kalam is adventurous and yes of course task of youth. Infrastructure is necessary to improve tourist interests and tourism activities in the area. Road from Bahrain to Kalam should immediately be completed and 50km road from Kalam to kumrat be constructed without delay to give big boost tourism and economy of the area.
