I proceeded with Align Polyclinic based on a clear agreement that my tooth implant would be performed by Dr. Karim Salah, as the specialist who was coordinated from the beginning and who practices at ConfiDent Palm Dentist. My decision to travel and arrange treatment was based specifically on this understanding. After months of communication and a confirmed quotation, I arranged my travel to Dubai specifically to proceed with the extraction and implant with the same doctor. At the final stage of scheduling, I was informed that continuing with Dr. Karim Salah would require a revised, higher quotation, while the original terms would only apply if I changed to a different doctor. In a specialized procedure like this, the choice of doctor is not interchangeable, especially when the agreement and planning were based on a specific surgeon who is already familiar with the case. This change was communicated only at the last minute, after travel arrangements had already been made. This experience raises a direct question of accountability: was the change in pricing related to the doctor himself, or to the coordination process between the involved parties? To start with Confident is the most modern and advanced dental clinic in Dubai! They are professional, welcoming and experienced. I loved that all range of dental services are in one place. You start with a consultation where a doctor scans your teeth in 3D and you can see everything in computer in front of you. Following this consultation the doctor will give you advise regarding your teeth. Even the dental implants or dental crowns you can get it done in one day! As they have dental crown department who will do for you the crown in 2 hours. They are also good in teeth whitening. If you don't live in Dubai they have an excellent transportation. Maralize is by far the best dental hygienist I’ve ever been to..not just in Dubai, but since I first started having my teeth cleaned. She’s incredibly thorough and detailed, while also being wonderfully kind. She is amazing at her job. The reception staff at CondiDent were equally warm and helpful. Honestly, 10/10, I highly recommend them and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I’ve been coming to ConfiDent Palm Dentist for about five years for routine cleanings and check-ups, and the team has always been reliable and friendly. Earlier this year I decided to upgrade my smile with a set of E-max veneers, and Dr Dalia handled the entire process. The consultation was thorough, the mock-up matched what we discussed, and the final shade looks bright but still natural in everyday light. Dr Dalia took time to adjust the bite and made sure each veneer sat comfortably before finishing. A small issue with one canine was flagged and fixed on the spot, which I appreciated. Overall, the veneers turned out much better than I could have hoped for, and I’m still using the clinic for my regular care. If you’re considering cosmetic clinic, especially veneers, while using a practice you can stick with for routine dentistry, ConfiDent and Dr Dalia would always be my top recommendation.

She is incredibly friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything she was using and the reasons behind it. The entire process was so smooth that I hardly felt anything.
