انتظار أكثر من 30 دقيقة لوجبة لشخص واحد فقط، وفي النهاية تصل الوجبة بحرارة أقل من المقبول. تأخير غير مبرر، جودة مخيبة، وعدم احترام لوقت الزبون. مستوى الخدمة لا يليق باسم المطعم إطلاقًا، ولن أكرر التجربة

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this needs to be said. This restaurant always delivers late. Not sometimes. Not occasionally. Always. Every time I’ve ordered, the experience is the same — the food takes forever to arrive, even though the app says “Your order is ready.” Ready? Really? Let me be clear: They mark the order as ready when it’s not even started. It’s a trick — to look fast on paper while making the customer wait in real life. By the time the food arrives, it’s either cold, soggy, or missing something. And the worst part? No accountability. No apology. Just delay after delay. We’re not asking for miracles — just honesty and respect for our time.

جميل لكن احس لو أكلته في المطعم يكون افضل من انه يكون توصيل عشان الخبز يصير طري

Very disappointing experience. The customer service was extremely poor, and the waiting time was unacceptable. I ordered two shish sandwiches and had to wait outside the restaurant for 40 minutes to receive my order, even though the place was almost empty. What made it even more frustrating was that they were serving customers who arrived after me before completing my order. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

طلبت عبودي و هو عبارة عن بطاط و دجاج و عليهم صوص، لذييييييذ جدا و طازج ، البطاط لوحده لذيذ و الدجاج لوحده لذيذ و الصوص لوحده لذيذ و الثلاثة مع بعض الذ الذ الذ ، صح يتأخر الطلب لين يوصل بس يستحق الانتظار. نصيحه اذا طلبتوا عبودي اطلبوا ٢ لان الاحتياط واجب

فروج أبو العبد بالنسبة لالي هو رقم واحد بالمسحب في دبي وانا من الذواقين جدا بحب جرب المسحب من اكثر من مكان بسبب عشقي لهالأكلة .. بس بصراحة ماحدا بضاهي هالمكان بالمسحب ابدا .. كل يومين صدقاً الي وجبة مسحب اما عالغدا او عالعشا لانها صحية .. بس عندي فعلًا طلب 🙏🏼 ياريت تتوفر وجبة المسحب لشخص واحد لانو مو متوفر الاّ الوجبة المسحوب منها العضم. بيستاهل الخمس نجوم واكتر ❤️

Shawarma’s are great, and so are the fries. Just need to improve the service!

تاني مرة بطلب من المطعم تأخير مو طبيعي طالب سندويشة وحدة بس وبالاخير السندويشة بتجي باردة والمسؤول يتعامل بفوقية. اذا مو عاطين رواتب للعمال اعطوهم لان المعاملة سيئة ولا تليق بمطعم

هاذي مب اول مره ولا ثاني مره كل ما اطلب من الفرع دوم يطول و ياخذ ساعه الى ساعه ونص لين ما يخلص الطلب و اكون طالب بس طلبيه وحده على شو هالتأخير و المشكله الاكله اتكون بارده عيل ليش اتريا كل ها عسبت طلبيه بارده و ما تنأكل يعني اذا الطلبيه بتتأخر المفروض العامل يقول ترا جي جي و مافي فرع فالامارات وصل الطلبيه من وقت و انا مب اول زبون يشتكي على هالشي ف اتمنى من الاداره اتحل هالمشكله.

I ordered a delivery on Talabat and after 20 minutes they informed me that one of the items is not available!!! Thats really disappointing!

طلبت وقال لي ربع ساعةو الان ٢٥ دقيقة ولسى الطلب ما خلص وكلها ٢ ساندويش واحد كباب وواحد شيش طاووق

تأخير في الطلب 40 دقيقه وانا انتظر في السياره 4 مرات اتصلت ويقول الطلب جاهز وبالاخر مشيت وما اخدت طلبي كانت اول واخر مره اروح اطلب من عندهم

This staff is very bad, they spend a lot of time in food, even the good ones don't use gloves. How many times have I seen them not wearing gloves and fighting with everyone? The staff inside are also very rude. Please take some action against them.

slow service. they need to train their staff properly. priority is for Talabat drivers. good food.

We ordered on the phone, it was said to us we can’t have spicy burger by call representative Mohab. If you order something and you want it spicy how come you can’t do it? Any place you order you get spicy sauce and it will be added inside the sandwich. If i come to pick up my sandwich and I’m in the car how do you expect me to add sauce?? The chef can’t add it while preparing it?? Nowhere they will refuse a customer for a spicy sauce! The food is very nice in this place but any branch we go we face attitude from their staff. I think they should invest in customer service not only in cooking staff. We always face problems with their staff. Last time we called a guy from the car he was teaching us how is appropriate to call him! You’re in the serving business-can’t teach customers!

The food is always good and delicious, but you really need to check up after your costumer service/ cashier people… their attitude is very bad and their way of talking to a costumer will let him run away and never get treated like that
