There’s no option to give 0 or -1 star rating or else I would have rated it. Despite the good reviews and YouTube videos, I did approached them via phone since I’ve to sell my property. I rang them, someone named mr. Bhararti picked up the phone. Along the conversation, he asked me to wait in Jawalakhel near NTC building after an hour, though he told me he won’t be be able to come for property inspection, however, he would send his staff. Meeting time was 1:40 pm afternoon. I waited for almost an hour but no one show up. I called on his cell phone, but he didn’t picked it up. Then I at least send him 3-4 text messages, unfortunately, there was no reply. In nutshell, I found their service extremely trash and unprofessional. If someone is not pleased with my genuine experience.. I still do have text messages & feel free to contact me.. I love to chat in professional manner. Sorry, but you guys need to be lift up your service.
