Great service, I dealt with one of their agent Julia M. who was very professional and helpful. I was looking for an unfurnished apartment around Business Bay and she assisted me perfectly during the whole process.

We planned to use this agency for buying a property in Dubai as it is the closest for us. However, we will not do it, because Julia can speak with moms and their kids aggressively and in inappropriate way, not thinking that they can be her potential clients. Having office in the neighborhood with the kids playground is only her choice. So she should be ready that kids could knock her door and react in kids friendly manner. I kindly recommend Julia improving and balancing her communication skills and getting a course for angry control. Definitely, i would not recommend purchasing services of this agency by family with kids.

احب اشكر المديره الروسيه جوليا الى فالشركه اتعرفت عليهم ولما عرفوا انى عندى شقه فى جى بى ار عرضوا عليا انهم يعرضوها لايجار وبالفعل ارسلوا فريق النظافه الخاص بيهم للشقه وبعد كدا عرضواها لايجار على الموقع الخاص بيهم انا مكنتش مستعجل الصراحه بس هما خلصوا الموضوع بسرعه جدا وفى اقل من اسبوعين استلم فلوسى ومضيت عقد الايجار
