Upon Mata Rani's invitation, visited the Pious and holy Shrine earlier today. Also known as Mata Vaishno Devi of Udaipur🙏, the feeling of reverence, gratitude, calm and peace will occupy your mind while you are the Darbar. Ropeway ride was really convenient and rush free, you can very well see in shared pics that I was sitting alone in the trolly. At the temple as well there was no rush and I could comfortably and conveniently sit for a while just near the temple entrance and sought Mata Rani's blessings❤️. There are stairs and pavementa as well to climb up and down and it takes merely 25-30 minutes to climb up and similar time to climb down. Apart from the peace of mind that you get when you visit the Holy shrine, you will experience majestic and picturesque views of city of Udaipur, Fateh Sagar Lake and Aravali hills. It's a divine and calming expercince for sure🙏🙏.

If you're visiting the Fateh Sagar Lake side and have some extra time, definitely take a detour to Neemach Mata Mandir. It’s much less crowded than karni mata. We visited during the day and there was no long queue for the ropeway, which was a smooth ride with stunning aerial views of the lake and hills but it was hot. The atmosphere at the top is incredibly peaceful and spiritual.

Neemach Mata Mandir was honestly one of the most peaceful spots I experienced in Udaipur. We went there in the late afternoon without much planning, just thought darshan karke wapas aa jayenge… but ended up spending a long time sitting at the top. The uphill walk is manageable but you will feel slightly tired if you’re not used to climbing. Ropeway option is also there for those who don’t want to hike, but we chose to go on foot. Reaching the top that way felt more satisfying… thoda filmy moment type 😄. From the top point, the panoramic view of the whole Udaipur city is just beautiful. Fateh Sagar Lake looks stunning from above, and the surrounding hills add to the scenery. Cold breeze keeps hitting continuously and makes you feel so fresh. We just stood there quietly for a while… proper peace. Temple atmosphere is very calm and spiritually uplifting. Darshan was smooth, not too crowded at that time. After prayers we sat near the edge railing watching the sunset shades over the city. Little things like temple bells, wind sound, people talking softly… everything felt balanced. If you’re going Udaipur, don’t skip this place. Try going during sunset or early morning for best experience. And if possible, hike at least one side. Makes the whole experience more memorable.

Had a wonderful stay at The Sarai in Udaipur. The place is beautifully maintained with a very calm and welcoming vibe, perfect after a day of exploring the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making the stay really relaxing. What truly stood out was the hospitality – the staff was incredibly warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is also very convenient for exploring Udaipur’s main attractions while still feeling peaceful and away from the rush. Overall, it felt like a authentic royal stay in the City of Lakes. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, good service, and a pleasant atmosphere in Udaipur.

I visited Neemuch Mata Mandir recently and had a mixed but overall pleasant experience. The ropeway ticket costs INR 200 per person, which takes you up to the temple area. The ropeway ride itself was smooth and well-managed — the staff even pause the ropeway midway for a short while so visitors can enjoy the stunning aerial view of Udaipur city from above, which was a nice touch. They also try to sell a ₹100 coupon that includes hot coffee and a brownie with ice cream, along with access to a selfie point which is not worth enough. Honestly, the selfie point wasn’t really worth visiting — it felt more like a commercial add-on than an experience worth the price. However, the temple itself was truly divine. The peaceful atmosphere and the panoramic view of Udaipur from the top make the visit worthwhile. You can see lakes, hills, and the city spread beautifully below. It’s a great spot for anyone who enjoys quiet spiritual places combined with scenic views. जिस व्यक्ति को ऊंचाई से उदयपुर शहर को निहारना है वो यहां आ सकता है यह नीमच माता का प्रसिद्ध मंदिर है जो कि एक ऊंची पहाड़ी पर स्थित है। यह पहाड़ी नीम के वृक्षों और गाने छायादार पेड़ों से घिरी हुई है। यहां आने के 2 रास्ते है जिनमें से एक पुराना पैदल रास्ता है जिसमें 1 किलोमीटर के लगभग चढ़ाई करके पैदल आना होता है दूसरा रास्ता आसान है जिसमें आप रोपवे से 5मिनट में ऊपर आ सकते है। जिसका किराया लगभग 150 प्रतिव्यक्ति है। यहां से उदयपुर शहर का नजारा देखने योग्य है। एक तरफ उदयपुर शहर और दूसरी ओर उसकी खूबसूरत आकर्षक झीले । और साथ ही मानसून पैलेस पहाड़ी के सनसेट का नजारा इस जगह की विशेषता को और बड़ा देता है। इस प्रसिद्द मंदिर की एक प्राचीन कहानी भी है जो वहां के पुजारी द्वारा सुनाई जाती है

Atop a little hill overlooking the Fatah Sagar Lake at Udaipur, it has a steep about a thousand feet climb to top where the temple is. It has a wonderful view of Udaipur town.

There are 3 ways of getting here: a paved sidewalk path that switchbacks up the slope, a steeper trail that is mostly steps ( in good condition) and finally a Rodeway ( Gondola) for the those that cannot make the climb, though I feel it's not very difficult with a medium level of fitness.
