Lemon Tree Hotel, Rajkot

Had a very pleasant day at this hotel. Rooms were clean and amenities good. Great service from some of the staff. A shout out to Vishesh for going above and beyond to accommodate our children during our stay.

I booked this hotel from Delhi; the hotel itself is very good, but there was a major issue regarding the driver I brought along. The hotel provided no accommodation or food facilities for the driver. Since guests often arrive with drivers, this is a significant problem that should be addressed. There was a toilet, but it smelled terrible; I’ve uploaded a video of the washroom, so you can see for yourself. It’s a bad hotel in that regard. If you take care of the driver, they will tell everyone that the hotel is good; otherwise, no one will want to stay there. 🥲

It was a 5 star review before but they don't deserve it now. If you want to teste zero sugar Gulab Jamun even without asking, you surely visit it. I ordered Masala khichadi with Gulab jamun, but as per delivery agent they forgot to add Gulab jamun, he drived back to correct it & what they add the zero sugar one. While ordering online be careful there packaging is not good, in the order before this it was masala khichadi, butter lachha Paratha. But packaging was so good that the item got spillage all over the bag, the delivery man said it was same while receiving the order. I accepted it because I don't want to cause loss to delivery man. Surprisingly because of oil spillage when I reach at my room the bag got burst open from below and all hot food dropped on my leg and all over the room. I got burn injuries. Man, the local restaurant serving 80 rupee unlimited thali has better packing quality and sense than this luxury hotel.

Had a very pleasant stay at Lemon Tree Hotel Rajkot. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very courteous and welcoming. The breakfast was very good as well. A special mention to Rita for her excellent service. Would definitely recommend staying here

Excellent service, wonderful ambiance. Nice place to meet and greet your loved ones.. The 6th floor place is just we werre looking for. Overlooking Racecourse.. Entire panoramic night view.. Very clean and nice quiet interior.. Although menu choices were less but very authentic taste and fresh products only..

Room, service, food is awesome. Everything is close by, within walking distance. Disappointed with the noise around though - there was construction noise till 11.30pm in the night and again it started at 4am!! Either Lemon Tree should enforce a strict 10pm-6am zero noise pollution around its property OR improve their sound proofing! I am writing this review at 4.30am!!

25 March 2026 (Rooms 103, 107), 29 March 2026 (Rooms 102, 104) Convenient location, large spacious rooms with basic amenities. Poor maintenance. Exhaust in washrooms not working. Food decent, Breakfast was good. Swastika, Rita and the others in the restaurant very cordial and helpful.

Hotel location, service, staff politeness and rooms basic hygiene are the positive points of the hotel. Needs major improvement in food taste and Quality with variety.

Very disappointing experience. An insect was found in the fafda served at Citrus restaurant (6th floor), which is completely unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. Also, Room 105 had a major drainage issue — water collected in the washroom during bathing, turning it into a pool-like situation. Strongly recommend the hotel improves cleanliness and maintenance standards immediately.

I had the absolute worst food experience of my life at wisteria cafe at (Lemon Tree) 🤦‍♂️ I ordered the Italian Sizzler, and it was so terrible that I don’t even have words to describe how bad it tasted. 🤮 The vegetables tasted completely bitter 🥦🍂, and the rice had a horrible smell to it! 🤢 To make matters worse, they are literally looting customers! 💸 I ordered a Campa Energy can, and they charged me double the price printed on the MRP. 😡 On top of that, they added extra service charges for the waiters directly into the bill. 🧾❌ Serving poor-quality food while overcharging customers is unacceptable. Very poor experience overall. 🛑🚫

I had an amazing stay at Lemon Tree Hotel, Rajkot. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was also perfect. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, it was fresh, delicious, and well spread. Special appreciation to Front Desk Officers Mr. Yashwant and Ms. Swastika, as well as the Restaurant Manager, who were always happy to help and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Overall, my experience was truly pleasant and comfortable. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at the Lemon Tree Hotel, Rajkot for one day. While the property is in a good location and the rooms are well-kept, the overall experience was hampered by poor management and technical oversights. The Pros: • Housekeeping: The room was cleaned and nicely done. The housekeeping staff is doing a great job. • Location: Convenient and easy to access. The Cons: • Unorganized Reception: The front desk was a mess. When I asked for two keys, I was told the "software doesn't allow it." They eventually gave me two, but one (for the power slot) wasn't even programmed. They also failed to explain any hotel amenities or breakfast timings. • Sleep Issues: If you need total darkness to sleep, be aware: the smoke detector is located directly over the bed and has two lights that flash constantly throughout the night. It’s very distracting in a dark room. • Early Morning Noise: They play music over loud speakers early in the morning, which is a major disturbance if you are trying to rest. • Poor Infrastructure: The lobby washroom had no paper towels and the hand dryer was broken. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi is incredibly slow—I’ve seen better speeds on 1980s dial-up. Verdict: Good for a quick stop if you don't mind noise and flashing lights, but the management needs to train their reception staff and fix the basic guest facilities.

There is no facility of any kind for driver at Lemon Tree Hotel there is no driver room Food is not even low rate Driver is not allowed to washroom no parking We drivers come from outside to be your guest and when we are not happy then we will never recommend your hotel to the guest or ourselves. We have to sit here repeatedly in 45 to 50° temperature. The driver has been sitting outside for 3 days. please fix this problem 01-Driver Room 02- Parking 03- washroom 04- Food at low rates

部屋はとても綺麗で清潔です。 朝食時間が7時30分からのスタートでした。しかしレストランのスタッフは時間前でも案内して頂きとても親切でした。 WiFiは２個までデバイスで３個以上は追加料金必要です。チェックアウト時のタクシー予約がされてませんでしたが、直ぐに手配して下さり対応は満足です。

Good place. Well appointed rooms. Only issue is the room facing the main road can be noisy because the windows are not double glazed.

L'hôtel en lui même est agréable, les chambres sont bien mais le personnel, à l'accueil, est peu compétent. Ils m'ont annoncé un montant à payer, refusant de me montrer en amont les factures, quand enfin j'ai pu accéder aux factures, plusieurs d'entre elles correspondaient à une autre chambre, à un autre client donc. Inadmissible. J'attends toujours, 15 jours après la totalité de mes factures. Je ne sais toujours pas exactement pour quoi j'ai payé.

Had really lovely stay at lemon tree Rajkot. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Pleasant atmosphere and great location. Very clean. Staff at reception went and extra mile to help you with your needs. Highly recommend to stay here.

i had a worst experience a person can have with such a brand in Rajkot. 1) They do not have a proper communication channel, there is no way we can communicate with Rajkot Hotel Lemon Tree. then I tried to connect with central team, they forwarded email to Ahmedabad team and they did not resolve my query on first place. 2) Post event bill was under my clients name and payment was done by me, so i went there to get it corrected and get on my name. They provided me immediately. However, when I filled my GST after a quarter, I got to know that the bill they have filled is not on my name and still on the clients name. I think this is human error which happens by mistake but then when i emailed them to clarify on this they did not look for the email for a week. after top up and warning them for legal actions i got email and a call from Lemon tree. I kindly recommend all to not use their services. They are not at all professionals and does not seems to be in this industry.

The food quality was not that good and sometimes the things were not cooked well. The order was also not prepared well as it should be. The prices are way to high for the food presented.
