Semaisma Beach

One of the best family beach in Qatar. Though currently it is under renovation. Still it has beautiful beach along with a thin mangrove sea shore. It will be 1 hour long drive from the city centre in Doha. Apart from car, you can travel there with city bus.

Nice place to hangout with family. You can enjoy the beach swimming with a facility of toilets, shower, grass area and fully equipped mosque.

Beach Review ⭐ 🌴 This is a good beach for families. 👥 That’s why it isn’t very crowded most of the time. 🌊 Right now, the sea is pulling back (low tide), so the water level is low. 🚧 Road construction is going on near the area, and it is very difficult to get inside the parking area. 🍖 You can also make a barbecue here, which is nice for families and groups. ⏳ If you don’t have time to go to another beach, 👍 it’s still okay to come here and enjoy your time.

Nice and pretty beach with kids playarea. Good for an evening gathering. There's an old mosque and beach house nearby. Open for all.

Simaisma beach includes two parts. One free with little facilities and no opportunity for swimming because of tide. But it is also distinguished by a vast grassed area and kids play. BBC allowed The other part is familial and charges 50 QR photos attached are from the free area What adds to the beauty of the place is that it is easy to park your car. Note that, on Thursday and Friday specifically the place turns to be so busy with visitors. From my own viewpoint the most appropriate time to enjoy your time there is Saturdays. Shops are near to the beach with very suitable prices

Пляж городской, не большой, вход воду мелкий. Мы вошли воду при отливе. Вход в перемешку песка с белой глиной, что затрудняет вход в воду, ноги утопают в этой жиже и затрудняет шаг, и если на ногах у вас обувь то , она остаётся в этой глине. Пройдя по дальше мы стали нырять в очках, вода чистая , на дне много мелких ракушек с крабами. Вода прохладная приятная ободряет в такую жару. На самом пляже есть места для барбекю с навесом, из немного. На газонной части можно растелиться и быть подтенью деревьев. Рядом с нами расположена была старая мечеть и чуть дальше новая мечеть. Вокруг и до пляжа идут строительные работы дорог, что затрудняет подъезд к нему. Детская площадка Парковка есть Огромный минус: - это туалет. Мужская и женская сторона по две кабинки, собирается огромная очередь, так как там же люди вынуждены переодеваться здесь же. - кабинок для переодеваний на пляже нет 👎. - душ общий, 2 кабинки открытые. А в целом времяпровождение тут понравилось , тихо и спокойно, закат выстрелили, природа наполняет все таки позитивной энергетикой.🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡

Good place to visit with friends or family and now the winter is here then this is the best place to be. A good number of people visit not so much crowded. Good beach and a good play area for kids. Only thing missing is some cafe and more shaded areas. The beach is very shallow, so if you want to play in the sea water you need to check whether it's high tide. Otherwise you need to walk very long way into the sea to reach even knee deep water. . . . . مكان جيد لزيارة مع الأصدقاء أو العائلة والآن الشتاء هنا ثم هذا هو أفضل مكان. عدد لا بأس به من الناس بزيارة لا مزدحمة. شاطئ جيد ومنطقة لعب جيدة للأطفال. الشيء الوحيد المفقود هو بعض المقاهي والمناطق المظللة. الشاطئ ضحل للغاية ، لذلك إذا كنت تريد أن تلعب في مياه البحر تحتاج إلى التحقق مما إذا كان المد العالي. خلاف ذلك تحتاج إلى السير مسافة طويلة جدا في البحر للوصول إلى المياه العميقة حتى الركبة.

Amazing place to enjoy some family time, been there multiple times and a recommended place for a chill picnic and football with friends.

50 km far from central Doha this is a beach in the desert. It has opne area with some grass for public, private womens area and family area. Womens area and family area has a fees of 50 QR for 1 vehicle (no matter how many people). You can do BBQ. There are toilets at each point and several huts. Bbq grill area is given but not too many so better to bring you grill. Inside this family area has nothing much to do cause only sandy area with solar light. Inbetween is a bit lavish area but need to rent if u need some more luxury. There is a stable for horses. Horse ride takes 10 qr for 2 rounds (approx 5 mins). Can do fishing also

Good place for family day out because there is a beautiful beach park and kids area.There are separate toilets for men & women.There is no cafe or restaurant at the point but you can get some snacks & tea from nearby cafeteria and shops. (I forget to take park pics)

Nice place for family and friends weekend.. neat and clean beach.. suitable for BBQ.. lot of parking arwa available.. masjid available for prayer.. kids play area was good and neat.. small stones on the shore will have some trouble while getting into the sea..

Best place to make BBQ during night time all hut 🛖 attached with solar power LED bulb also toilet facility and sweet water shower attached but not suitable to have bath n swimming some times feel water level not enough as mentioned in picture

Good experience. The beach was clean. It was serviced with public rest rooms. It was lightened at night. The only thing is that no close shops to buy stuff. You can do grills there also.

Swimming is fun here, no stones underwater and it's clean. There are toilets, shower areas, cottages but bring your own chairs and tables or mats and every cottages garbage bin is available. The entrance fee is 50 QAR per car, duration of stay is until 9pm and overnight is not allowed.

نظيف وهادي صح بعيد شوي ولكن يستاهل بس لو يزيدون خدمات المرافق بيكون افضل

شاطى مناسب للعائلات قريب نوعا ما من الدوحه ، يوجد قسم للنساء فقط ومدخل خاص والتهم من ذلك يتم تفتيش السيارات القادمه لقسم النساء ويوجد امن نسائي .. يتم دفع رسوم 50 ريال للسياره الواحده والقسم العام فيه مكان لركوب الخيل ويمكن الشواء ولعب الطائره وتوجد مظلات في القسمين وإناره مريحه
