Hotel TIRUPATI HOLIDAY INN

Bahot disappointing experience raha is hotel me. Parking facility available nahi thi, jiski wajah se kaafi problem hui. Staff bhi apni baaton par nahi tikta aur management ka behavior bhi accha nahi laga. Overall service aur experience dono hi bahot poor rahe. Recommend nahi karunga.

The staff should learn how to talk to the guests. It is good that they have provided 24 hours service. Do you know the name of the manager of the jun 8 tarik night? I have a question for you. One of the worst experience ever had Manager abhishek is the worst manager i ever met he is rude unprofessional don’t know how to behave dont know how to talk and behave worst worst worst . Recomending no one should ever-come here

Worst Room Cockroaches crawling everywhere in the bed too. Stayed in an AC room the AC remote is missing. i asked for a good room For my Madam Yet She was allotted a room which was very dull . I could see other customers complaining about the injustice of the money Happening during the stay

Beware of Guide Ramesh Sharma from Hotel Tirupati I recently stayed at Hotel Tirupati during my trip to Nepal, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with a guide named Ramesh Sharma, who works with or is associated with the hotel. Ramesh Sharma offered to help us book tickets from Pokhara to Birgunj, claiming he would handle everything for us. However, after taking the payment, he failed to provide the tickets or any valid proof of booking. It became clear that we had been scammed. This incident not only caused financial loss but also disrupted our travel plans significantly. Despite reaching out to him, there was no resolution or effort to rectify the situation. I strongly advise other travelers to avoid using his services. If you choose to stay at Hotel Tirupati, be cautious about dealing with this guide or anyone offering third-party travel services. Always verify their credentials and book tickets directly through trusted platforms or agencies. This review is not against Hotel Tirupati itself but rather to raise awareness about the dishonest practices of this individual.

They are fraud. They will promise many things like packages and suddenly after some time owner will come and say I haven't promised anything, who r u. Etc etc Beware of them Do not stay there.

The rooms were very clean and there is wifi connection in the hotel which is very helpful for people who are coming from the other country..But the prices of food was very high but the quality of food was good..

इस होटल मे दुसरे जगह से आये लोगों के साथ धोख़ा किया जाता है वहाँ पर दलाल सेट रहते है ये बताते कुछ और है और पैमेंट जमा करने के बाद इनकी धोख़ा शुरू हो जाता है और निकलने के समय पर नाजायज पैसा मांगते हैं ना दो तो इनका दलाल धमकाता भी है हमने दो दिन रुक कर गलती कर दी कृपया और लोग इस बात का ध्यान रखे

Extremely poor hospitality. Won't recommend for a single person to stay. Money minded only with not so good service at all. Had a very bad experience staying for 2 days.

I won't recommend any of the visitors to pick this hotel whenever you are in Kathmandu. The hospitality is very pathetic and very poor. The management staff are very inefficient. I had a horrible time during my stay here.
