Very worst hospital in tamilnadu. Their is no helping nature in any staff. Their rules is very worst rules. Even if you go 5min late with your 5month child they will not allow to take any test. My humble request to everyone don't come to this baby hospital egmore pls go to any other hospital.

hospital doctors are very polite and good behavior.but the securities and the cleaning staffs Atleast know their duty and responsibility. The sweepers are act as nurse. They are treat the patients and their parents very worse manner. They don't give atleat minimum respectbil words . , ai po, dei inga vada, unakku arivu irukka illaya?. Even floor asking for bribe every thing is money . If we want to see our child after birth also (aayamaa's)they are asking for bribe if it's a girl they ask 500 and for boy 1000. But nurses in MNCU and NICU are very caring and good not only MNCU and NICU,most of nurses and doctors are good and caring.

This is a baby hospital in Chennai where many people come from Andhra as well as from Kerala, the children are treated well.. I am very proud to get treatment in such a hospital. 💞💞💞

From my experience this is the Worst hospital in tamilnadu ..please don't go for delivery ...plan delivery to another state hospitals ... especially nurses are very bad behaviour always rude and barking like a dog ..money are the biscuits to them .showing animality not humanity ..need to dismiss all staffs and nurses..so save money and plan accordingly in private hospital

The hospital is very good. In the occupational therapist department is very worst to treat the parents. They are workwise good ,but when behave to public people is very worst manner.During the theraphy session both the therapist behaves very worst shouting, it was hurting to parents when keep the child in the room.please check and take the action

The hospital may be good. But the staff are to irritating special ward staff theydont know how to treat the patient... They should understand the struggle and pain of the patient from what they are going on. From 7am to 2pm struggle go here and there. Time management is too though. I'm also seen the langauge struggle those person who don't the tamil... I kindly request to the admin please make the staff and ward treat the patient politely and with patience.. my humble request.

My son has been admitted to Children's Hospital in Egmore with typhoid fever for the past 6 days. Despite the doctor's orders to start antibiotics, treatment hasn't begun even after 2 days. When we inquired, the nurse responded rudely, and the doctor seemed unaware of the delay. We're concerned about the lack of proper treatment and have requested discharge, but haven't received a response yet.

I had the worst experience of my life at this hospital. The doctors and the reports said there was no issue with my 30-day-old baby. But one doctor, without properly checking the report, suddenly took a tube and inserted it into the baby’s rectum. Right after that, heavy bleeding started. We asked why they did that, but no one gave us a proper answer. Since then, our baby has had a problem—he bleeds whenever he passes stool. We don’t understand why this is happening. How can someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing be allowed to treat such a small baby? He still receives his salary every month, but we are suffering every single day. Our baby cries in pain during every bowel movement, and it’s heartbreaking for us. Please, don’t let this happen to any other baby. I don’t know how to raise a complaint about this. If anyone can help or guide me, please comment. It could help save another child from going through the same trauma.baby.

Treatment is good but very worst for people getting more and more struggle in getting treatment. they're given more and more struggle take xray scan and blood test. patience should visit more then 3 to 4 doctors. finally they give simple treatment like 2 days tablet are another then why you are telling go ther and go to 'A' block, 'C' block, japon building. patience are facing struggling 7 am to 2 pm without food and not time to stand on place to wait take rest. I am addressing the problem are facing all people. every government hospital doing same like this. doctors every month 1st day you are getting salary not delayed it is people tax. then why treatment is delaying. please don't waste of people time also.

Genuinely shocked !! Let me be honest. First time ever I'm stepping into a government hospital for any reason. My perception of a government hospital has always been like how its shown in the movies (dirty, nasty language all around and ill-tempered staffs). It was so well maintained and organized to my utter disbelief. I went for my infant's vaccination and reached 30 minutes before doctor arrival. Everything went on so smooth. Everyone including doctors and nurses were so professional in their job and absolutely 0 bribe whatsoever. All my doubts were answered patiently and politely. Kudos to the government for maintaining it so well. Even battery cars are available for transit in and around the hospital campus. It is comparable and as good as any private hospital.

Treatment is very impressive with lot of Amendments at free of Cost al most from everywhere not only TN also from AP,KE,KA &PY proud to be in Tamipnadu

Experienced doctor care, good infrastructure, and 24x7 availability. . However we have experienced two things. First, they focus mainly on first aid for admitted babies. Then they take more time for diagnostics. The words spoken by the floor in charge to guardians could be improved. There are a few people who seem more authoritative to the guardian and take them for granted. I have experienced two of them. Another thing is that the lady in charge in the ECG room kept shouting despite pregnant women and didn't maintain dignity in her words. This may result in the patient being vulnerable and not wanting to come back for this type of service. One last thing is, the majority of people admitted here have a basic background and expect guidance and support. Their ignorance or financial situation should not be a reason for taking advantage of their situation.

Doctor only take care of patients,but nurses didn't care and didn't work properly.if we admitted in Egmore baby hospital we can the jail life. they treat same for all babies ,they didn't give extra care for risky patients. In this hospital is best for surgery doctor they done a great job

Avanga Mela entha thapum illa problem vanthuda koodathunu ninaikura doctors than irukanga especially NICU section la. 10la 2 babies ah save panna mudiyum apdindrathu avangaloda template. Incase baby ah save pannita 2 baby la nama baby yum onnu nu solliduvanga. Itha avanga solla reason iruku, bcoz avanga Ella babies Kum same treatment than tharanga. 1st antibiotics IV athu than entha problemnalum. Daily counseling nu solli we are trying our best nu soldrathuku ethuku counseling nu theriyala. Ivanga practice panna nama babies ah thara mathiri iruku. Apdi oru vela avanga kudukura antibiotics la baby polachita next enna treatment tharanum nu theriyala so direct ah mother milk thara solluvanga. Please atha pandrathu ku munnadi ask for the reason, explainations, medically that will help there is no harm nu doctor kita sign vangunga. Bcoz baby ku digest aagama pochi na recover aana konjamum poidum and baby serious condition Kum poidum. Ithellam aaguthathu doctors ku next enna pannanum nu theriyathathala than kandipa. Staffs here has been trained to behave worse they lack basic sense and courtesy besides the management has to take care of the hygiene around. The hospital and it's surroundings looks like we will end up with new diseases rather than having cured of the existing ones.
