The lake is quite beautiful and you can boat here.The lake area contains so much shops and attractions like playland for kids. If you are with your family the place is so perfect for you but if you are with friends you May enjoying boating here only.

A great place to relax. I ve visited multiple times in summers as well as in winters. Best for barbq and self-cooking. Must take along eatables. Avoid during Eid holidays as it is too crowded.

Honestly, Banjosa Lake surprised me in the best way possible. Went there with my family and we all had such a good time. The lake is so calm and pretty — surrounded by pine trees on all sides, it just feels like you've stepped into a completely different world 🌲 We did boating and that was definitely the highlight of the trip. The kids were absolutely thrilled and didn't want to leave at all 😄 The whole vibe of the place is so peaceful and relaxing — no noise, no rush, just pure nature. If you're in Rawalakot and haven't visited Banjosa Lake yet, you're seriously missing out. Perfect for a family day out. Will be coming back for sure! 🚣‍♂️🏔️

Such a beautiful, attractive, serene, peaceful and full of calmness place! Lake itself isn't clean because it is not natural. However, I found this place magical. They have placed benches around the lake which seems dreamy and magical. We weren't really sure about this place but when we reached there. We were happy that we are not going to regret our decision. I visited in the first week of May, it was raining and weather was a bit cold. There are some guests houses for night stay but I couldn't get a chance to collect information about it. Apart from that, there are shops for tea, coffee, ice cream and burger. You can paddle boat there also. Highly recommended for families!

Lake is not as big one would expect but the views are breathtaking.

A beautiful and historic lake. Had been visited by the secretary of Quaid-i-Azam and Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and his family. There are a few places to stay beside the lake, managed by PWD, AJK. Costs per night around Rs 6000 as of 2024.

Bajosa lake , an artificial lake,situated in district poonch Ajk. The lake's true charm lies not in its waters, but in the captivating surroundings, landscapes and delightful weather that transform the area into something special. The area is enjoyable year-round, with lush greenery and blooming trees making visits equally pleasant in summer, winter, and spring.

Quite and peaceful place but don't expect any lake there just a pond which is good for rasing ducks. But the surroundings are outstanding in terms of beauty and simplicity.

One of my Favourite Spot to see Nature. Banjonsa Lake although the lake isn't attractive as it should be but it's environment always caught my attention. Must sit there on the bench and feel the birds sound. Must climb the track made ln the sides to explore nature. And stay in Banjonsa Inn Hotel to feel the AJK culture.

This place is just for nature lovers for beautiful scenery but those who are expecting great lake won't come here because water of the lake is too much dirty and didn't sit near it

Banjosa Lake, is a clear example of a place of pure- beauty, oxygen, nature vibes and an amazing rainy weather, it also offers all kinds of leisure facilities that you can use and create a memorable experience, so that you may look back at it anytime. Boat rides cost anywhere from 500 to 1000 Rupees, which serves you from a 20mins ride till 40mins, (in any case it's negotiable). Camping is highly recommended or a stay of 1 night works well too, may cost around 3k to 5k per night depending on the seasons. I'd highly recommend to not eat fried food or any kind of junkie snacks from the food stalls, if you have a poor gut health or haven't lived in Pakistan for more than a year. Anyhow, a visit here is a must. Best wishes.

Very impressive and attractive place with lush green views with PTDC resorts motels .Lush green walking track .Forest track with mint surface .Pleasant weather just in minutes weather changes. Cool air without dust. Bonfire 🔥 with gathering and BBQ as weather of Banjos unforgettable experience . Rooms at very cheap rates available of all nessecries at normal prices Recommended for tourists

Surrounded by lush green fields and mountains it must have been a beautiful spot in the past but at present the place is full of garbage. The lake water is totally green due to algae I guess. This place needs to be clean with some better food options. At present there is no hygiene in the area.
