I recently visited Chawla De Mashhoor, and I must say the food truly lived up to its name — flavorful, satisfying, and served in good quantity. I tried their Chur Chur Naan with Makhni and Paneer, and it was absolutely delicious — perfectly crisp, buttery, and full of authentic taste.
The Lassi was another highlight — thick, refreshing, and definitely a must-try. The Rabri, however, was just okay for me (though that might be personal preference).
While the food quality was impressive, the ambiance and accessibility could use some improvement — climbing the stairs was a bit inconvenient, and the place could be maintained a little better in terms of cleanliness, as I found the tables slightly unhygienic.
That said, the rates are reasonable, and the overall food experience makes it worth a visit, especially if you’re craving authentic North Indian flavors served generously.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5)
Verdict: Excellent food, decent pricing, but room for improvement in ambiance and hygiene.
