They have all kinds of icecream from blue berry to mint to chocalate to butterscotch caramel everything u name it. The staff is really friendly nd helpful nd well mannered . Its just located opposite JW marriotts juhu they do have a seating arrangement not to large cam accomodate 2 people at once. They also sell their own icecream cake. I had the butterscotch caramel icecream and the chocolate chip icecream both were amazing to taste

Like all baskin robbins store, this store also has nice variety of delicious flavours. The staff were polite and quick. Customer handling was amazing as there were large family in store during my visit. Guess the service received and flavour of ice cream justifies the high price.

Baskin Robbins serves the best flavoured ice creams... Our favorite - cotton candy. I wish they continued with bubblegum for my lil one to try.. The mermaid and unicorn sundae are her favourites.. The store is neatly organised, but it's size limits a sizable number of people...

I simply like Baskin Robbins whichever outlet it is. This is on the left while going to Juhu beach from Juhu circle side. Their cotton candy is a unique one, but is sweeter than usual ice creams. Their ice creams are priced higher than Naturals etc. but you can alternate between the two.

Portion size in Regular has been reduced. Butterscotch is a letdown. Only flavour..No butterscotch. Chocolate flavors are good. Good service speed despite crowd.

Products are unreservedly excellent. How I wish, they had trained staff. The chairs are always occupied by the owner & his friends, without a care for customers. Reason to deduct 2 stars from a 5 star product line.

Got a shake for 354 Rs in airport Just 1 scoop & milk only Nothing else Very bad experience

I had asked if they have fresh strawberry milkshake the cashier said yes ..but to my shock they just took icecream and freezed substance and gave the milkshake to me ...it was so sweet and taste was very bad ...never go to baskin Robbins for milkshakes they don't even use milk in milkshake ..its not freshly prepared ...total waste of my 354 Rs ..not satisfied not happy never will go to baskin Robbins for milkshakes ....only sugar taste was there ..no fresh strawberry no fresh milk added ....total waste of my money .....it was like icecream and not milkshake ...

I have only visited BR for Mississippi mud which is one of my fav chocolate flavor. Also recommended for chocolate lovers. Apart from that BR India should get in this flavor called love potion

Ice cream and staff are good. But the interiors are very bad. Always some leakage is happening there from the AC. We just take the ice cream parcel and go out and eat

Waiters were blunt in saying can you please make it fast as they wanted to shut the ship before time. Not all ice creams were available. May be due to pandemic.

Very good experience. We get to taste each & every flavor of ice cream. Then if we like can choose any one or more.

Best ice cream taste value of money

ice-creams were good but for takeaway, no dry ices were kept in the packet so it got melted by the time we reached home
