Nice low cost Housing project. 20 km from bahria main gate heighted place surrounded by beautiful small mountains gives a valley like feeling. Good for investment right now it will hopefully return soon INSHA'ALLAH as naya Pakistan housing scheme is close to it and it may be delivered within few years for residence. Development work is very fast grey structure of many towers of naya pakistan are underway while 5 towers are completed Sewerage lines of bahria green are almost laid and roads are leveled even carpeting of few areas are completed.

Being a buyer only & not an Estate Agent, I feel it will take 8 to 10 years before it becomes liveable, that too with a condition that all facilities are provided to the residents. The place is being developed but frankly it gives a deserted look.

It's a newly developed area. But has good potential, very good for those who are looking for low cost house or those who want to invest for better returns.

Currently under construction, work going on good speed waiting to see the area green.
