The experience was just above average. When we approached the shop it was rush hour. Yet we had our food and the quality and taste of food was excellent as always. Anyway a good one♥️

3 Stars to KFC at Megamall The food was fine and the atmosphere was decent, typical of KFC. However, I had an issue with the payment. I paid using my debit card, and the amount was deducted from my account, but the system said the payment didn’t go through. I ended up paying cash just to complete the order. The cashier asked to see proof of the deduction from my phone, but I didn’t feel comfortable showing it because it would reveal my bank balance. I also don’t know what their procedure is or if I’m even going to get a refund. Another small thing—since chicken fingers are finger food, it would've been more hygienic if they provided wet wipes. I’m giving 3 stars because the French fries were still fresh and tasted really good. Otherwise, the whole experience was frustrating and inconvenient, and it really affected what would have been a normal visit.

It's very bad services and very poor services in this KFC mega mall branch . I want to have lunch and I don't have card with me to pay. I only have cash 500 and the casher Christin ask me to go around and find change how she is asking the customer to find change then come back to have lunch and buy it. She ask also Ahmed he also said no he doesn't have of course how they I'll put change to ther pocket but still have to find the way to give change to the customer if change is finished so whole day they will not give to the customer it's loosing the customer and it's very bad. Not even I forming properly the customer...

I had a very disappointing experience with my recent KFC order, which I placed yesterday. After waiting for more than three hours, there was still no update or delivery, and I received no response from either the call center or the Musallah branch. It was extremely frustrating to be left without any communication, especially when a simple notification about a delay or cancellation would have been the least expected from a well-known brand. What made the situation worse was that even when I contacted customer service today, I did not receive a proper explanation or resolution. To add to the frustration, the order is still showing as “DELAYED” in the application, which clearly reflects poor system handling and lack of accountability. Overall, it was a very bad experience that left me completely dissatisfied with the service.

I usually enjoy KFC, but this time the gravy was a major letdown. It was SOUR, watery and lacked the rich, savory flavor it's supposed to have. I can’t truly enjoy my chicken without some good gravy. Very disappointing experience. Hoping this was a one-off, but definitely not what you'd expect from a brand like KFC.

cooked in bad oil , over cooked from out side but mostly raw from inside. I prefer not to dine or order from this branch,also they didn't complete the order.it was cold as well.

It takes too much time for getting my order , I need to wait for my order to get a totally bad experience... Very bad service in the mega mall.. specially its sunday and open 10 am and its around 12 pm time .. still staff they didn't have to arrange anything in counter it looks like staff are not interested to work.. no body is there

Feedback for KFC Megamall Branch I am very happy with the service at the KFC Megamall branch. The staff service is 100% satisfying. Specially, Mr. Md. Islam and Ms. Saranya are always very polite, with excellent behavior and a cheerful smile. Their friendly attitude makes every visit a pleasant experience. Overall, I am 100% satisfied with the service provided. Keep up the great work!
