I visited the Casanova' shop at SZR and we spoke with with Mr Saed to buy a complete tv wall; he explained all the features of the furniture and we decided to buy convinced by his professionalism and also the price was correct in terms of balance quality/price. His team installed the tv wall and with my big surprise very very good people, they worked in a very clean way all controlled and fast, definitively we will buy our next furniture there, thanks Saed to you and your team 💪🏻

I recently purchased dining chairs from Casanova , Al Sayyah main branch in Dubai and was assisted by SYED. I’m an interior designer and this is the most unprofessional experience I had. I contacted this showroom and asked the manager (Syed) what is the availability for furniture (I needed to know what is available to buy) , and he rudely told me that it’s not his job , and I have to drive to showroom just to see what is available . Even when I asked about 1 particular item, he didn’t want to consult me and looked bothered . I am sorry, I work in Abu Dhabi. I had no time to waste to come and find the item I want to be not available.

Have been dealing with Casanova for long time and their collection and service is as usual impeccable with such caring and capable staff who from sales to handing over have been great with special mention of Mr.Syed Bokhari who recently interacted with us for our latest acquired products who went extra mile to personally follow up from selling to installation along with one of the best team who finally installed .

I bought all my furniture for my apartment in Dubai at Casanova and am 100% satisfied with my choice. Izhar, sales manager, is highly professional. He knows his products very well and his advice is always very helpful. Products are incredibly stylish, there is a huge variety of products and styles. Many products are available to be seen in the showroom, which makes your choice even easier. Delivery and installation is also very professional. We received good service in the showroom and during the delivery. The showroom itself is a beautiful place to visit with some outstanding designer furniture from top Italian brands, not available anywhere else in Dubai. Delivery team were considerate, polite and effective. Other furniture stores in Dubai are cheaper, but the Casanova products are exceptional quality, with cool designs, first class materials and exemplary craftsmanship. We are very pleased with our furniture and we will be back for more. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience with CASA NOVA. With the variety of designs they have and also not to forget the great customer service they offer. I had Mr.Syed Bhokari who assisted me and who was so much helpful. All in all it was a great experience.

For a luxury furniture store, you would expect great levels of customer service to match the price. That is absolutely not the case. I have had much better levels of service from IKEA and Homecenter! Rude staff, powerless management and incompetence all over. If you are looking to purchase luxury items I would recommend looking at other stores in Dubai that sell the same brands.

We bought our bedroom furniture from Casanova, as well as an amazing coffee table for our living room. We can't be happier with the quality and design of the furniture pieces from the store. Casanova is the place to go for exquisite unique design pieces for your home. We had an issue with one bedside table/lamp and Zabi the manager tried his best to rectify the issue as soon as possible. We are very happy with all furniture pieces from Casanova. Strongly recommended.

The manager him self is rude .. I mean I can understand my attitude sometimes but whoever dealing with me can make me calm or make me cry .. the manager in sheikh zaid road the main branch was RUDE as hell .. wow JUST wow that experience unbelievable .. I believe the city should put eye on people like him 😭 he made me cry and very upset .. all my friends who came to Dubai and asked me for furniture place I ABSOLUTELY told them about the manager and his attitude and never will recommend this place to anyone unless they wanna cry
