Ordered sports equipment from these guys, they said it will take a day to arrive from Sharjah. Later they messaged me saying it has arrived. I drove almost 40 minutes to pick it up. Found it damaged! They hadn't bothered to check its condition before informing me. To make matters worse, the girl at the check out was completely disinterested in answering any questions, all the while making excuses for the lack of professionalism. The 2 men appeared to be a little embarrassed but i didn't get to hear even half an apology So now I've to drive 40 minutes there again tomorrow!

The owner has to rethink about their sales man and other sales women over there in Al barsha outlet. When we were there last day around 9:50 pm and had a purchase of 400 aed above. The sales man was not ready to assist us in better way. He was behind us saying shop has to close many time .And his reluctance shows that he don't want the sale. And was not assisting proper way.It was just matter of 15 min.
