Salmiya 1 - Dubai Dubai Karak Makani

Dubai Karak’s Chai was always my go to, but since a few months its quality has dropped down and when I informed the staff about its quality they started arguing on the fact that this is how we make it you drink it if you want or don't. I was not trying to degrade them but just wanted to give a feedback which they didn’t take well. So Dubai Karak has for sure lost me and my family in Kuwait as customers and I would not recommend this place to anyone anymore.

I used to regularly buy sandwiches and burgers from Dubai Dubai late at night, and overall the food quality has been good. However, my experience at the Salmiya Block 10 branch (Al-Mulla Building 1) has been consistently disappointing. Even not worthy service for a single star. The night staff there often behave as if customers are not a priority. On multiple occasions, I have been kept waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. Recently, I waited nearly 40 minutes for my sandwich, and even after that, the preparation had not started. On a previous visit, it took around 45 minutes just to receive a portion of French fries. The staff appear unmotivated, pathetically slow and his behaviour is arrogant and unprofessional which significantly affects the customer experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service standards at this branch.

Quality of food is not that good, and especially the staff's behavior towards us was very bad. One person claimed to be the manager, but the behavior towards every customer visiting in front of me was very poor. Time for visit : Last night between 11 PM - 12 AM

Best tea and snacks shop in town.

Chicken burger for .750 fils. It was the worst burger I ate in my whole life. It is not a standard restaurant. It's a Malayalee restaurant with some decorations.. the staff were so unhygienic and did not wear gloves. I visited Salmiya branch just to be fooled.

Only had their tea but it was too cardamom-y. I do enjoy cardamom in my tea but it was overpowering. Not sure that’s what they were aiming for or it by accident. The location is quite busy as well. Hard to find parking so one may have to park a little further (close to big mouth rest.) and walk to dubai-dubai.

Bought biriyani and it was good and tasty. The juices were also good and refreshing. Staff were polite and friendly. Overall, a good experience. Will visit again..!👍

Four of us came and bought Karak tea. Tea taste like water, asked for spare cup because it was too hot to hold. Completely refused and threw tissue at me.

Service is not good and we order one big chai and one small chai... The staff ignore us only clean the westle.. 2nd and 3rd time also ask her ignore us.. Once we leave the store use some hindi words... And when try cl and complain the number also inside the store and he is the one answer... I request to no one visit there... Very worst service

Literally the best chai (milk tea) I've ever had in my entire life since my amazing Indian friends and colleagues introduced me to it. If I could I'd have it each and every day (I already visited the place maybe 10 times) The service is super fast as well and you'll always find it crowded because of how good it is.
