Worst customer service. I contacted this shop in WhatsApp and enquired price for some Jewellery . The price that they told me in WhatsApp is different to shop price . Eg : they told it’s 699 when I asked for the same model and when I visited the shop they are telling it’s 1500. When you ask the guy to show some other designs , he is very impatient and rude .

Very very worst customer service. Only they need money if you buy product from them then thereafter there won't be any customer service. Even if you ask for price for a product they won't respond. Better please found a good shop

One of the many fashion jewelry stores in sowcarpet. They have a wide range of designs. However the behavior of the boys in the shop is extremely bad towards women. Not worth it since there are several shops around with similar varieties and better behavior.

Overall, my experience was not good there. Never recommend this shop. Designs were good but the behaviour of the boys in the store is not good. Also, its overpriced and you can get the same jewellery way less cheaper in other shops. There are too many other shops in Sowcarpet to get!!

Very very worst experience possible. They know nothing about customer satisfaction and they are very very disrespectful especially the guy who is in Jewellery buying section downstairs. I do not recommend this place at all. Rather try Ganesh Art Jewellery who doesn’t loot you of your money. Highly suggest you to avoid this place

Very good collection of fashion jewellery of all types. The sales person was also very patient and showcased their collections well.

Best collection in swocarpet price is little bit high I took one haram necklace and 4 bangles they took 5000rs they are very nice looking like real gold.

This is my all time favourite shop.... Best best place for jewels.... They are providing huge amount of varieties... Good service... Past 7yrs I'm purchasing there... Quality will be awesome... I can give 100 star if there is a chance....

These guys are pure fraud ! They run an Instagram business using random sellers. When a customer places multiple items order they would send only a few of it and casually responds that they did send every other product ordered. Fraud Business these guys are running.

Excellent collection of jewels, Artificial Gold Jewels are available here for rent. Shop is difficult to locate. It is named as NS Jewellery opposite to Jain temple near Kakada Ramprasad Sweets., Mint Street.

Worst Behavior of the boys in the store and prices are also huge.. Staff will not respond properly to queries , Most jewellery post receiving miss some stones or beads .. Not at all recommended..
