Disappointing Experience – Uncooked Prawns and Unprofessional Service.
Today I had lunch from "Cafe4u" Wellawatthe branch and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. This is not the first time I've encountered issues with their food and service, but this incident compelled me to share my feedback.
I ordered Nasi Goreng, expecting a delicious meal. However, upon reaching my office, I discovered that the food lacked salt entirely, and the prawns were raw and under-cooked. Understandably frustrated, I called the restaurant to express my concern.
To my surprise, the person who answered the call was not only unapologetic but also unhelpful. When I explained my situation and suggested they pay more attention to the quality of their food, the response was dismissive and rude. They insisted that I bring back the food for a replacement, disregarding the fact that this would require an additional hour of my time.
What disappointed me even more was the lack of willingness to acknowledge their mistake and improve their service. I'm not seeking a replacement; I simply wanted them to understand the importance of serving properly cooked food to their customers. Instead, I was met with disrespect and arrogance.
I hope the management at Cafe4u takes note of these concerns and works towards improving both the quality of their food and the attitude of their staff.
CUSTOMERS DESERVE TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT, ESPECIALLY WHEN PROVIDING CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK.
I sincerely hope that my experience serves as a wake-up call for the establishment to reevaluate its standards and ensure that others don't have to endure similar disappointments in the future.
Until they address these internal problems, it's advisable for those considering purchasing food from them to come prepared with their own salt.
