Hyatt Regency Thrissur

Had a short but great stay here during our temple visit. While it’s a little farther from the temple, the excellent hospitality, cleanliness and comfort made it worth it. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The highlight was definitely the food. A special thanks to the team leader Mr Abin Jose for managing everything so well. Both the buffet and à la carte options were outstanding and the beef grill from the buffet option was out of this world!!! The included breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of choices, drinks and desserts. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended.

Had a very rough check in experience they gave us a non smoking room when we had a toddler. This was informed before. Took a long time before we could checkin. Rooms and food was really good. Especially prince from the restaurant was really good and extremely helpful. Pool was good, but needs more often cleaning. All in all, left me thinking - this would have been a fantastic experience if not for these smaller issues. Will definitely try it again, the good outweighed the bad

I chose Hyatt for my wedding reception. It was a big day for my wife and me and I'm glad that I chose Hyatt. There is a reason Hyatt is considered one of the most premium properties. The class and luxury it provides is unmatched and is worth every penny. The staff was very cooperative and professional. I was fortunate that the entire operation was spearheaded by Ms. Alma. Ms. Alma is extremely warm and welcoming. She was very prompt and patient with so many questions that I had for her. My Parents were slightly apprehensive about the location but one meeting with her and they were convinced with the choice. She helped them visualize the event. Not just that, she seamlessly co-ordinated between the head Chef, event organizer and other staff. It was an emotional day for my Family and kudos to Alma for making it so special without us having to break a sweat. A special mention to the Chefs Sanjeev Kamath and Blessen. The food was top notch and every single guest praised the quality, variety and taste of the food. My wife is from the extreme north and her Family loved the menu which was a perfect fusion of north and south cuisines. Guys at Hyatt, you should be proud of yourselves as you gave us memories for a lifetime.

Visited Regency Cafe at Hyatt Regency Thrissur last week and honestly had a really nice time. The place has such a calm, classy vibe. They weren’t running the buffet because of the LPG issue, but the a la carte menu was still really good. We ordered a few dishes and everything tasted fresh and well made..💯 What made it better was the service. Prince, Vimal, and Anurag were super polite and attentive And Athira at the entrance was really warm and welcoming, which kind of sets the mood right from the start. Even without the buffet, the experience didn’t feel lacking at all.

Wow, what an incredible stay at Hyatt Regency Thrissur! The hotel exceeded our expectations with its clean, modern rooms and top-notch facilities. But it's the people that truly made our experience - the service staff were dedicated, attentive, and went above and beyond. A huge shoutout to Mr Vishnu at the banquet area - his kindness, patience, and expert advice on food and facilities made our event truly special. And the Ramadan Iftaar Buffet spread was incredible - Mutton Biryani, Mandi, Kerala cuisine, and oh, the desserts had us going back for seconds! If you're looking for luxury and exceptional service, Hyatt Regency Thrissur is a must-stay.

A nice property, situated on a road with low traffic volume, but far away from centre of the town. Rooms are spacious, offering beautiful views, having room cupboards without shelves, rather shelves in other wall unit. A malfunctioning room AC, and an iron with a glitch disappointed. Servers in restaurant forget custom orders during breakfast. Breakfast is good, though with smaller spread, but preparations are nice. Staff is polite and offers help with smile. One thing intrigued me, there is a ramp for wheelchairs, baby strollers or trolleys, the access to that is blocked most of the time by cars parked improperly.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Sunday brunch at Hyatt Regency Thrissur.The spread was impressive, with a perfect mix of local Kerala flavors and international dishes. Every item was fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. The live counters and dessert selection were definite highlights. What truly made the experience special was the incredible team at the restaurant. Chef Sijith and team was awesome in treating us and ensuring everything was perfect throughout our visit. Their hospitality and attention to detail really elevated the entire brunch experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxed and indulgent brunch in Thrissur. Looking forward to visiting again!

Visited Hyatt Regency Thrissur in connection with a marriage function, and the experience was truly impressive. The auditorium is spacious, elegant, and well-designed, making it perfect for large gatherings. The dining hall is equally grand with excellent seating arrangements and smooth crowd management. Parking facilities are ample and well-organized, which is a big advantage during big events. The service from the staff deserves special mention — courteous, professional, and always ready to help. The interiors are modern and tastefully done, with excellent lighting and ambience throughout the property. Cleanliness and maintenance standards are top-class. In addition, the hotel offers comfortable rooms, good food quality, and well-maintained common areas, making it ideal not only for events but also for staycations and business visits. Overall, Hyatt Regency Thrissur stands out as one of the best premium hospitality destinations in the region.

5 star indeed! Staff was great. Room was spotless with easy to understand light switches. Great AC. Bed very comfortable. Safe in room. Didn't use the laundry but towels were very soft. Near instant hot water to the rather luxurious shower. Room had a pool view. Pool was clean and well kept. Will definitely stay again.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was truly exceptional. The team arranged a private dining space for us, and we opted for the buffet.The overall arrangements were extra spectacular. The team, under the dynamic leadership of General Manager Mr. Vinod Kumar, Outlet Manager Mr. Naveen, F&B Manager Mr. Anish, and the chefs, ensured that every detail was taken care of with absolute perfection. A special mention to the beautifully crafted cake—mildly sweet, wonderfully designed, and extremely delicious. The starters were personally served to each guest, and the attentive service led by Mr. Naveen, on the instructions of the GM, made us feel truly valued.During our previous visit, the food had not met our expectations. But this time, the improvement was remarkable. The food quality was extremely good, and even more impressive was the standard of service. The personal care , attention, warm hospitality, and genuine care shown by the entire team made the celebration unforgettable. From the valet parking welcome to the final farewell, everything was seamless and fantastic. We are genuinely very happy with the experience and gladly give full marks to the Hyatt Regency Thrissur team under the leadership of the young and enthusiastic General Manager Mr. Vinod Kumar. Thank you so much Mr. Vinod Kumar and team for making our small celebration truly memorable.

Had a short stay at Hyatt Thrissur and it was really comfortable. The staff were warm and helpful, the place is well kept, and the rooms were very clean. Even though it was brief, everything felt easy and welcoming.

The hotel is located in a nice place and has the signature Hyatt Ambience The rooms are clean and the linen is sparkling white and smooth The breakfast spreader is awesome and the staff very caring and helpful. Amar Singh and his other colleagues made it even more special, we were even made to cut the blueberry cake at departure

Had a great time at Hyatt with my family for christmas lunch. Food and entertainment was very good. The service was good and we were well taken care of. Special thanks to Naveen, who took extra care to make my parents and kids comfortable. Thank you Naveen and God bless

Stayed from 15th–17th Jan and WOW??? What a stay. First of all — the PEOPLE. Literally every single staff member was insanely sweet, warm, down-to-earth, and helpful in that “no stress, we’ve got you” way. Extra love to the front desk dream team: Amal, Aswin, and Sreesha (THE CUTEST little human ever 🥹). Always smiling, always helping, always making us feel so welcome. Now let’s talk FOOD because I’m still thinking about it. Chef Sijith, you absolute legend — the idlis were SO soft, the chutneys were criminally good (yes, I took extra spoonfuls of *just* chutney - sorry not sorry;), and the vadas??? Peak crisp. 10/10 crunch. Everything just flowed — service, vibes, comfort, food. Zero complaints, only joy. All in all: a Dayum Great stay, powered by an even greater team.

I recently had the breakfast and it was absolutely delightful. The spread was impressive with a perfect mix of South Indian, North Indian, and Continental options. Every dish I tried was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great attention to detail. The staff were warm, attentive, and made sure everything was well-stocked throughout. The ambiance was calm, clean, and elegant—making it a perfect start to the day. Overall, a wonderful dining experience and definitely one of the best breakfast buffets in Thrissur. Highly recommended!

Naveen, the restaurant manager, along with his support staff (Sanjeev, Sneha and others) provided exceptional customer service and took great care of our family of over 20 members. A special mention to Naveen for being extremely proactive, professional, and accommodating to all our requests. His attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made the gathering a grand success and a memorable one for all of us. Stayed here close to three weeks. Had a very wonderful stay. Rooms are spacious. Food is tasty with nice spread. Staff are cordial especially restaurant staff. Had valet facility for parking. Swimming pool is really big and neatly maintained. Gym is equipped latest machines and accessories. Overall, it was a really good stay. Looking forward to more such stays.

We frequent this place and it has been good experince. However last week we ordered orange juice and some food at the poolside grill. Despite informing the staff the qulaity of food and juice offered was very poor quality. Nonetheless the food caused illhealth .

Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Thrissur. Booking was very easy through their app, and the reception staff were extremely polite and helpful. We received a complimentary birthday cake and room decorations, which was a lovely surprise for my wife. Dinner was delicious, and the morning breakfast had a great spread. The rooms were neat, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Would definitely visit again!
