Tried the ghee rice and beef roast — absolutely top-notch with pure Kerala taste. Also ordered the peri peri chicken manthi; the chicken was good, but the rice was quite average and didn’t match the overall standard. The staff are very well-mannered and respectful, and it’s one of the best places for families to dine, with spacious tables and comfortable seating. The ambience is excellent too — easily one of the best Kerala restaurants in Farwaniya. The only downside is the food serving time, which usually takes around 20–25 minutes, though that’s still better than my first visit, which took over half an hour.

Consistent quality and excellent service every time! This remains one of my favorite budget-friendly spots. One small tip: using a deodorizing cleaner for the tables would make the dining environment even better. Highly recommended otherwise!

Ordered parcel from here, but the porotta was sour and didn’t taste fresh at all. Very disappointing experience. Please maintain better quality for takeaway orders.

Very comfortable atmosphere for family dinners and ifthars. They have closed seatinf arrangements, too. Ordered Beef roast and chicken nadan curry with porotta, neypathiri and pathiri. Was really good. affordable prices, too 🌸

We visited this restaurant with high hopes of enjoying alfam Mandi. Unfortunately, we were told that the wait time would be 2 hours, so we decided to change our order. We opted for chicken 65, beef varattiyathu, and fish mulakittathu instead. To our disappointment, both the chicken 65 and beef varattiyathu were not cooked properly, and there was no heat or spice in the dishes. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and we left feeling unsatisfied.

Tried the peri peri mandhi(full),porotta& pothu varattiyath from Green Pepper Restaurant. Peri peri mandhi was tasty and served in good quantity—more than enough and quite lavish for two people.The beef was well-cooked and flavorful, and the porotta was soft. After a long time, finally tasted something that felt almost like Kerala.overall a satisfying meal.will order again👍

Major Issues: * Incorrect Order: Ordered Egg Curry but received Chicken Curry. Misleading Menu: Ordered "Crispy Manchurian" as shown on the menu, but received a gravy-based dish instead. Inconsistency: The chicken dish received did not match the menu description or photos. Tags Selected: Missing items, Not as described, Poor service.

Just wow... too good ... for mallus its the place

Recently visited Green Pepper Restaurant for lunch with friends and had a decent experience. The place is quite spacious, with a separate banquet hall that can accommodate around 60 people, along with a designated food counter area – definitely a good spot to consider if you're planning small parties or group gatherings. We tried the Al Faham Mandi, which was good, but nothing extraordinary. However, their service was excellent, friendly and prompt. They also have a large menu, so I’m definitely planning to go back in the evening to try more dishes. Worth a visit if you're in the area and looking for a clean, spacious dine-in option.

Beef ribs mandi was delicious. Very spacious and beautiful ambience. Service was also good. We can try both Arabic and Indian dishes.

We visited on June 6, 2025. The ambiance and setting were quite nice and welcoming. However, the indoor temperature was uncomfortably hot — it definitely needs better temperature control. As for the food, we ordered the half Peri Peri Mandi and the Fish Biryani. Unfortunately, both dishes were quite disappointing and didn’t meet our expectations in terms of flavor. The milkshake was excellent.

Recommended place.. I went along with my family on the 4th day post opening. They did not have all dishes mentioned on the menu at that point. However the employee did recommend what is the best available. Taste wise it was good, the only problem I faced was it was not steaming when it came to the table. The ambience and their service was to the Mark. Will visit again. I did mention it to the owner as he was available there on a Saturday.

Hands down the worst food we have tried in Kuwait in the last 10+ years was yesterday at Green Pepper Farwaniya. Don't fool your customers for petty money. If you make your own mandhi and biriyani by following YouTube you would make better than what they served yesterday. Don't get fooled by the bloggers who hype this restaurant. Pathetic would be an understatement. Hope they wake up and make some changes if they want to survive

14/08/2025 "വളരെ.. വളരെ മോശം സർവീസ്.." ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു അനുഭവം ഇന്ന് വരെ ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ല.. നാലാമത്തെ തവണയാണ് ഞാൻ ഇവിടെ പോകുന്നത്, ഞാനും വൈഫും ഉണ്ട്.. പക്ഷെ ഇന്ന് എനിക്ക് വളരെ മോശo അനുഭവമാണ് ഇവിടെ നിന്നുണ്ടായത്. കഴിഞ്ഞ നാലുതവണയും ഞാൻ സ്ഥിരമായി അവിടത്തെ ബീഫ് ഡ്രൈ ഫ്രൈ കഴിക്കാറുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. എനിക്ക് അത് വളരെ ഇഷ്ടമാണ്, പക്ഷേ ഇത്തവണ ഓർഡർ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ഒരു സ്റ്റാഫ് എനിക്ക് വളരെയധികം കൺഫ്യൂഷൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കി, ഞാൻ അയാൾക്ക് പറഞ്ഞുകൊടുത്തു എനിക്ക് വേണ്ട സാധനത്തിന്നെ കുറിച്ച്കൃത്യമായി..,മനസ്സിലായി എന്നാണ് ഞാൻ വിചാരിച്ചത്. പക്ഷേ സാധനം വന്നപ്പോൾ ചൈനീസ് ഐറ്റം ആയിരുന്നു.. ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞു : ഇതല്ല ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞ ഐറ്റം എന്ന്, അപ്പോൾ അയാൾ പറഞ്ഞു : നിങ്ങൾ ഇതാണ് എന്നോട് പറഞ്ഞത് എന്ന്.. സംഭവം അയാൾക് ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞത് മനസ്സിലായിട്ടില്ല, പക്ഷെ അത് അയാൾ സമ്മതിക്കുന്നില്ല, "നിങ്ങൾ ഇത് കഴിക്ക് ഇനി" എന്നൊരു ഭാവം, ഞാൻ ഒന്നും മിണ്ടിയില്ല.. ഇതിപ്പോ നമ്മൾ പൈസ കൊടുത്ത് അവർക്ക് തോന്നിയത് പോലെ തരുന്നത് തിന്നേണ്ട അവസ്ഥ ആയി ചുരുക്കത്തിൽ. അപ്പോൾ അവിടെ വന്ന വേറെ ഒരു സ്റ്റാഫിനെ ഞാൻ വിളിച്ചു കാര്യം പറഞ്ഞു.. സ്പോട്ടിൽ അയാൾ പറഞ്ഞു : "കുഴപ്പമില്ല സർ, മാറ്റി തരാം എന്ന്.." അതാണ് സർവീസ്.. എന്ത്കൊണ്ട് മറ്റേ വ്യക്തിക്ക് അത് പറയാൻ തോന്നിയില്ല എന്ന് ഞാൻ ആലോചിച്ചു.. അങ്ങനെ അയാൾ അത് എടുത്ത് കൊണ്ട് പോയി.. ഇനിയാണ് ട്വിസ്റ്റ്‌ : ആദ്യം ഓർഡർ എടുത്ത വ്യക്തിക്ക് ദേഷ്യം വന്നിട്ടാണ് തോന്നുന്നു അയാൾ നേരെ എന്റെ ടേബിളിൽ വന്നിട്ട് എന്നോട് തർക്കിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങി.. നിങ്ങൾ പറഞ്ഞിട്ടല്ലേ അത് കൊടുന്നത് അങ്ങനെ ഇങ്ങനെ എന്നൊക്കെ.. ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞു : ഞാൻ നിന്നോട്ബീഫ് ചൈനീസ് കൊണ്ടുവരാൻ അല്ല പറഞ്ഞത്, ഇയാൾക്ക് മനസ്സിലാകാത്തത്എന്റെകുറ്റമല്ല,മാത്രമല്ല ഞാൻ ഇത് ഇവിടെ നിന്ന്ആദ്യമായിട്ടല്ല കഴിക്കുന്നത്..എന്ന്. അയാൾ വീണ്ടും തർക്കിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങി.. തൊട്ടപ്പുറത്തും ഇപ്പുറത്തും ഇരിക്കുന്ന ആളുകൾ നോക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങി.. നിങ്ങൾ ഒന്ന് ആലോചിച് നോക്ക് ആ ഒരു അവസ്ഥ.. ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കാനുള്ള ആ മൂഡ് അങ്ങോട്ട് പോയി കിട്ടി സത്യത്തിൽ.. നമ്മൾ പൈസ കൊടുത്ത് കഴിക്കുന്ന ഭക്ഷണത്തിന്റെ കൂടെ ആർക്കോ വേണ്ടി പണിയെടുക്കുന്ന ഇയാളെ പോലെയുള്ള ആളുകളുടെ വായിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നതും നമ്മൾ കേൾക്കേണ്ട അവസ്ഥ..ഭക്ഷണം കഴിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന കസ്റ്റമറിനോട് തർക്കിച്ചത് എനിക്ക് അംഗീകരിക്കാൻ കഴിയുന്നില്ല.. ഇത്തരം ആളുകൾ കാരണം സ്ഥാപനം വരെ പൂട്ടിയിട്ടുള്ള ചരിത്രം ഉണ്ട്.. ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞത്എ എല്ലാ സ്റ്റാഫുകളെയും കുറിച്ചല്ല, നല്ല സർവിസ് ചെയ്യുന്ന ആളുകളും ഉണ്ട് അവിടെ.. ഇന്ന് കണ്ട ആളെ ആദ്യമായിട്ടാ അവിടെ കാണുന്നത്. എന്തായാലും ഗ്രീൻ പെപ്പെറിൽ നിന്നുള്ള തീറ്റ ഇന്നത്തോടെ നിർത്തി..🙏🙏
