Had taken delivery of Hycross in Dec 2025. Support of sales staff Mr Daison from initial booking to delivery to after sales has been excellent. No overselling, updations were prompt and good after sales response. Kudos to the management for leading the people in that path :) Even the accessories dept took clear note of what I preferred and put in the extra effort to meet the requirements.

Had a disgusting and disappointing experience at Nippon Toyota Kalamassery service centre today (Sunday). I went to give my car (Hyryder) for service and while the formalities were being cleared I decided to check another car from sales section. The attitude of the staffs in Sales section, Mr Jimmy and Sarath was totally pathetic. They were least bothered in explaining to me about the car models and specifics and Mr Jimmy didn't even know the specifics of a particular model car which I asked him. He was too busy on his phone after that for almost 10-15 min. I think they were angry that I ruined their honeymoon relaxation phase and maybe they were expecting to relax as it was a Sunday. Attitude of "take it or leave it" is not gonna get this place any further. Surprised that people actually gave positive reviews for the Sales section here. Was totally satisfied with the service advisor attitude. Mr Shihas explained everything in detail and was very friendly and approachable. However the quality of service was not good. They have sprayed some sort of oily liquid on the rear storage space plastics which have left marks. Pics attached. Showroom lacks basic amenities like air conditioning. Sales 1/10 Service 7/10 Showroom 6/10 Overall experience - Disgusted and won't visit again. Surprised the place is still open and running

Unacceptable customer experience at Nippon Toyota, Kalamassery. I visited Nippon Toyota Kalamassery to replace a simple car AC vent knob, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The service advisor’s behaviour was outright rude — no courtesy, no professionalism. The entire service center lacks a welcoming environment. Customers are treated as if they are doing a favor by coming there. The service advisor showed arrogance and a bad attitude, clearly not interested in helping. Initially, I was told I wouldn’t get the car back the same day. Later, they suddenly asked me to wait 4 hours for a minor job — just to replace a cheap-quality AC vent knob made of poor plastic. Waiting that long with my 2-year-old child at the service center was completely unreasonable and insensitive. Message to the management: If this is how customers are treated, it’s a serious reflection of poor leadership and lack of training. Nippon Toyota must urgently retrain their service advisors on basic customer etiquette and communication. Implement a mandatory web-based training and certification program every 6 months to ensure your staff actually understand what customer service means. Toyota is known for reliability and respect — but Nippon Toyota Kalamassery is doing serious damage to that reputation.

Biggest Toyota dealer in south India. World class building and infra design. Best in class service and sales force. Best reception and customer handling system. A lots of service advisors who will support the customers with their expertise. High speed service is also available. Toyota and Lexus service and sales points are at a single point.

An amazingly huge car showroom, the largest i've seen! The showroom consists of multiple floors. The main office is located on the 3rd floor, which is a spacious one. I had taken a test drive of Hyryder a few days back and was asked to visit the showroom for viewing all the variants and color options. Ashid did a wonderful job right from the time of test drive until my visit to the showroom, was very knowledgeable of the product he was handling. Was taken to the yard, where they displayed the different variants and colors. It was worth the experience. The Lexus showroom is situated adjacent to it. There is a huge parking space for the visitors too.

I recently purchased my Toyota Taisor from Nippon Toyota, Kalamassery, and the overall experience was excellent. The delivery was smooth, timely, and well-coordinated. I visited Nippon Toyota today (9/10/2025) for booking and to take a test drive of Toyota Innova Hycross Hybrid. Being a Toyota customer for past 14 years and being a customer of Nippon, I faced the worst sales experience today. I visited the showroom today in between 2-3pm. I entered through the sales door with my father and spent almost 20-30 minutes around the displayed vehicle in front of the sales point, I am disappointed that that no sales representative or any manager approached us during this time. This is very disappointing as a Toyota customer. If this is the sales experience for a customer who is planning to buy a new car from Nippon Toyota, I am very much concerned about the future service of the new car. Since I don’t have time to waste like this, I am not planning to continue with Nippon Toyota anymore.

We are very happy to have a wonderful used car (Etios Liva) from U Trust, Nippon Toyota, Kalamassery on 28th January 2026 and would like to appreciate Mr. Khader for guiding us through the whole process very patiently and professionally. Though they have a systematic process for whole things, i doubt how efficient they all are, cos even after all these, i had to wait for almost 45 minutes to get the car keys after service. But again I am happy that they delivered the car after service in less than 3 hours flat, which none other manufacturers ever did for me. Thank you Nippon

A top class Toyota showroom as well as service centre at Cochin. Easily visible and identifiable from the national highway. Most modern machinearies are used for servicing of vehicles. Staff are courteous. Best location, dependable, reasonably priced, good maintenance, neat and clean washrooms etc prompts me to shell out 5 valuable stars.

They have the models on display. But don't go on a Sunday. No support including no water or ac in the showroom. Otherwise a good showroom.

Genuine service experience. Good staff. Only thing is they must maintain infrastructure like when they had began operations.
