ordered medicine on urgent basis...went to store to receive them..waited half an hour but dod not get medicine. next day they callled to let me know that medicines were misplaced. bad service...most of time i find essential medicine out of stock

All is Good but Stock availability should be increased as compared to Noble chemist they have very less stock of medicines Kindly update your procedure to maintain stock

I had visited wellness Eksar medical shop yesterday for my medicines and the staff was so delightful and the mam greeted me with warm wishes and was very helpful and acted promptly in removing my medicine's.Thanks to the manager who have such a good staff and has trained them so well. Will surely visit again.

I had a very disappointing experience at this outlet. The staff's behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional. One of the employees printed my bill without asking or confirming my name, and then had the audacity to blame me for not telling him—when he never even asked! Instead of acknowledging his mistake, he started accusing me and spoke in an extremely disrespectful manner, even saying "Kya chik chik karte ho?" Is this how you treat customers? It’s appalling and unacceptable. Staff like this ruin the entire experience and reflect very poorly on the store’s reputation. I hope the management takes this seriously and trains their staff to behave more respectfully and take responsibility for their errors

Very bad experience this is a 3 rd time i want to buy some common medicine and he told me the medicine is out of stock i dont know why are you gave name as Medical store if u want to sale only general product just give name as a wellness general store i dont know guyz is really u dont have n stock of medicine or U hired people for medical store job they have lack of knoledge about medicine sometimes they dont know which medicine is working on which condition they are not able to answer people very dissapointed from your branch kindly look into that

Very poor service. Had to.wsit for billing for a long time when people who came after me were being entertained. No.proper trained staff Allowing shoppers who ate not wearing mask or with mask down the chin. For a health and wellness store, this should be strict no no. But staff here just don't care

This place is awesome. I called them at 5 AM this morning for some emergency products and the staff was very helpful both on the phone and in providing prompt and friendly service . At 5 AM? Keep up the great service.

Very unprofessional. The sales are untrained / under trained don't have a sense of customer service ........policy is very poor if a product is faulty / dirty or soiled they will take a written complaint to replace it unlike local shops who simply replace the product .....better to visit local shops .......posting pics of soiled cotton roll for which was asked to give a written complaint unlike they should have simply exchanged or refunded very very very poor service
