The experience we had with my family is some thing good to remember in this place. Staffs are very welcoming, Angelica and the others were very friendly. And the food!!! Wow, never expect it would be that tasty plus the ocean view which quiet astonishing and relaxing. Of course we took the famous bun with cheese, plain and kunafa with Vanilla filling and ice cream on top, cappuccino (this I would say 6 out of 10 can be improved but over all is just perfect) We enjoyed it and we got some take outs too. Will definitely come back 😊🤩

Papparoti has been my favourite food from the time I first tried it. Always a delight. The consistency of taste, quantity and service is never disappointing. The staff is nice. And the view of Ajman Beach is just a bonus.

The outdoor seating is fantastic thanks to the sea + beach view when the weather is good. Not crowded. The Fazaa card is accepted here

Right on the Beach. This Cafe serves my favourite Papa Milk Tea & Coffee Bun. This place doubles the experience with sounds & breeze of Sea waves Need to improve Crocsent Sandwich

this place is ideal for break time, fantastic and best option in the morning / evening / dinner time coffee or tea. Their bun is unique and have different toppings too... perfect... and yummy….

When u get tired! After Ajman Beach...!! Need refreshment... And some snacks 😋😉 PappaRoti... With... Amazing seating arrangement... and we'll behaved service personal who knows what they're doing and servicing...!.. Mark my words.. The Hot chocolate and The Bun combo.. in 33 AED.. was awesome combination..!!

كوفي جدا جميل ورايق موقعه آخاذ فيه جلسات خارجية بجانب البحر وفيه داخلية ويقدم المشروبات الساخنة والباردة ، العاملين فيه جدا ودودين ولطيفين ، وموقعه بجوار البحر تداعب اذنيك أصوات الأمواج ولديهم قهوة سعودية عربية وقهوة اماراتية وتركية يقدمونها بالدلة مع أنواع من الحلا والكنافةاللذيذة، وديكورات المحل رايقة تتناسب مع الأجواء البحرية المحيطة

Good ambiance, nice spot beside the sea. Dinning options are indoor and out door. Outdoor is better in the winter season. Friendly staff, very coorporative. For the food, recommended are there BUNs... must try. Over all nice place to have a cup of coffie.

Ambience: great!!! Cozy n warm. Comfy lounge n nice color theme. They have a lounge outside too, along the beach. Service: Staff are friendly & courteous. Service is gr8. Quality: Pappa roti buns are gr8. Something different. Crispy on the outside, & soft inside, wz a dab of cheese n butter within. They've got hot n cold beverages to accompany their signature buns. Cost: They should consider charging lesser. AED 12 for a single bun is pretty high.

What a splendid view. Ocean front seating. Their buns are really the best in the world. Varieties of cold coffee drinks available. Very relaxing and excellent customer service attitude of the staff.

انا احب اصلا بابا روتي ومكانهم عند البحر ..واحب جميع انواع الكوفي الحار ..لكن اليوم جربت كوفي بارد طعمة لذيذ ..ولكن ليس بلذة الكوفي الحار..واحب تعامل الموجودين بداخل الكوفي واحب ترحيبهم ..ولاني زبونه عندهم اذا غبت لفترة وجأتهم يرحبون في كثيرا بطريقة تحس كانك شخص مهم 🥰🥰👸

Today is 2nd time visit. I enjoyed delicious coffee and buns with nice sea view Paparoti bun has mouth watering taste, soft texture , crunchy coffee crust. Highly recommendation.

Fast service and not too crowded. Best time to visit is before sunset as you get to enjoy the best views in their outdoor seating. Definitely recommend it and will surely visit again.

We drove from Barsha Heights to visit this place and worth the drive. We enjoyed the beach view as well as the food. Ordered various things but liked their Nutella and Honey buns. Also their Cold chocolate and Mango Basil are yummy. Overall good place to hangout on your weekend evening.

Excellent ambiance and atmosphere on Corniche. You can enjoy your coffee and bun with waves of sea.

Only in Ajman for first time the bread was not fresh & the cups of late (the plastic paper for take away) they but on our table & had plastic smell, I informed them to not use this kind of paper for any hot water as it's not good for health. The place direct to beach with amazing view specially with your family. Very gentle staff as they change the bread without issues.

I ordered a Cuppaccino which tasted good as usual but the bun with Pistachio drizzle was slightly different from the other Papparoti branches. The srizzle was pretty thick and fatty and the pistachio flavor was mild. They did have an outdoor seating option overlooking the beach which is why I went there. But it turned out to be extremely windy so I chose to move indoors. The service was decent. They were short staffed but they tried their best. I have been to much better branches of Papparoti so i would not rate this any higher than 3 which is purely for the coffee and the view.
