我地今次到尼泊爾深造Healing singing bowl，隨團去到老師頌缽工場參觀，專業工匠示範如果打造頌缽，真心佩服這種工藝🫡，令我打開眼界。深造完之後發覺老師的頌缽好特別同好療癒，買了好幾個頌缽，有古缽、療癒缽仲有買到好有緣份同針對心輪的缽，好開心買到有質素、有療癒的頌缽，誠意推介👍🏻

Immense choix de bols tibétains, et d’autres articles de sonothérapie. Les prix sont très intéressants, moins chers qu’en ville, car ils font payer au poids et il n’y a pas d’intermédiaire. J’y ai passé des heures à tester les bols pour trouver celui qui me correspond, sans aucune pression d’achat par les vendeurs présents, qui me laissaient faire ma petite vie. Ce lieu vaut vraiment le détour.

I participated in a sound healing therapy course in Nepal, and it was an incredibly valuable experience. The course offered a vast amount of knowledge, both practical and theoretical, delivered in a professional and accessible way. Great showroom for singing bowl and other handicrafts!!!

Je suis passé 2 fois à Cottage Craft Nepal, une manufacture de bols chants (entre autres) qui se trouve dans la zone industrielle de Patan. La 1ère fois, j’y ai acheté un grand bol full moon. J’en étais tellement satisfait que je suis retourné à l’atelier pour acheter un set complet (7 bols, non full moon cette fois, mais de très grande qualité). J’ai pu choisir entre plusieurs sets et tester chacun des bols un par un. Le prix est transparent puisque c’est un prix fixe au kg (qui dépend du type de bols) et franchement c’est le meilleur rapport qualité que j’ai trouvé dans le coin (en même temps, on achète directement à la source, sans intermédiaire). L’équipe de Cottage Craft Nepal s’est occupé d’expédier l’ensemble en France via transporteur partenaire, avec là aussi un prix très raisonnable. Ils ont même accepté que j’ajoute quelques souvenirs achetés ailleurs ! Le colis est arrivé 10j plus tard : une mention spéciale à Swati qui a fait le suivi du colis avec le transporteur du début jusqu’à la fin. J’ai recommandé cette adresse à plusieurs de mes amis ayant aussi suivi une formation de sound healing, ils y sont allés et sont également très satisfaits.
