Chowman (Birati)

Not happy with Food quality specially chicken lollipop. There was nothing inside it only batter. Showed it to waiter and they cancel that item from my order. I went there to enjoy food. Not to cancel my order. We were able to eat only 2 pieces out of 8 pieces. I return rest of the pieces.

We tried.. * Mixed Fried rice 🍚 * Garlic chicken 🍗 * Wok tossed Hakka Noodles 🍜 * Orange Roasted Lamb 🐑 Mixed Fried Rice and Lamb was awesome.. Noodle was little blunt in taste.. Great service even in this Pujo time.. Staffs behaviour is very nice.. Ambience is cozy, The only thing is to concern about space , 4 people is fine, max 5 they can arrange.

Visited Chowman for lunch and had a great experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served promptly. The dishes were well-portioned, and every item was packed with authentic Chinese flavors. The ambience was comfortable, and the staff were courteous and attentive. Overall, a satisfying lunch experience.

Chowmin Restaurant served tasty food with a good gravy item, but the mutton pieces were tough. Moderate prices, pleasant ambiance, and professional staff. The introduction of new menu items was delightful and showed promise. Despite some areas for improvement, it's worth revisiting for their delicious flavors.

Very good. Ambience is lovely. Staff behaviour is also very good! Total experience was very good! Food tasted awesome. We had Crispy Chilli Baby Corn with Singapore Noodles. The Crispy bby corn taste was the best i have had till date, soft as well as crispy and crunchy but not too chewy. It's just the best! Flavour was awesome and the gravy was super tasty but not too runny not too sticky, the perfect consistency. Waiters always served the food very nicely. In between the food we were asked if we were enjoying ourselves or we need any changes in the spice or something. It was very good. Since I can't eat much spicy food, we ordered a drink named Blue Ocean, oh my God! It was very nice, with little pieces of broken ice floating on the top, like little icebergs on an ocean. After having all the food and rubbing my nose all the time due to the spices, we had to order the Darshan, which we had not planned before hand, but we are glad that we did. The taste was heavenly! Very thin crispy things coated with sugar syrup and sesame seeds. I will surely order this the next time I visit here.

Chowman is a well-known restaurant all over the world. It became a brand. No need to tell about it with extra effort. We visited chowman for many times. One of the best restaurants for chinese food in India. Still chowman is a budget friendly restaurant, I dont know how long they will remain the same. But they are nice ones with quality food.

I tried Chinese of Chowman recently from this outlet. Overall experience was average due to one specific item. We tried below items... 1. Chicken Fried Wonton (so so) 2. Pepper Garlic Jumbo Prawn (worst experience, even though they suggested on that day, that is their special item, highly disappointed) (It was so hard, we literally had to pull one part with our hand keeping the other part in the mouth) 3. Thai Lemonade (refreshing) 4. Chicken Chili Garlic Noodles 5. Hong Kong Chicken Nice special I found in terms of tatse. I tried Chinese of Chowman from many different outlets few years back. But this time it was highly disappointing. Service was good. Ambience was nice.

This particular outlet is the worst in terms of food quality, they don't serve adequate quantity and maintain the standard quality. One egg was used in three plates of wok tossed noodles, it was almost invisible Hardly 20-30 GM's of chicken was used for 3 plates of Noodles. The chilli chicken pieces are like glass marbel balls even smaller. They charge 300 for a black gravy . Excessive use of soya sauce. Sagar Hussain, the employee over call just ignored the complain and kept in telling this cannot happen. Asked him to connect the manager, he didn't. Pathetic food quality and pathetic service after delivery. It is very sad to see brands like this doing cost cutting like this and charging more. Please don't order from this outlet, they don't provide the same quality any more just looting their old customers.

Chowman, located within a 7-minute walking distance from Birati Station, stands out for its calm ambiance and pleasant music. The quality and quantity of their dishes are well-matched with the price. While seating is limited, the staff's behaviour is praiseworthy. Overall this place offers a delightful dining experience worth trying!

I am a regular customer of Chowman Bangalore. But whenever I come to kolkata I try to visit chowman for indo-chinese food. Recently, I visited the birati branch and was hosted by Sayan. He warmly welcomed and guided us regarding our order. Happy with the service.

Located opposite to the mini bus stand birati. Parking open road. Difficulty in parking present. Ambiance nice Not spacious. Chair table nearby. Food menu not available. U have to scan qr code to find out menu. Price reasonable Food Good n tasty.. Staff: well behaved Overall good experience.

It was dinner. Location is very convenient, walkable distance from Birati Station and 5-10 mins from Durganagar, Jessore Road. Outlet is a bit small but the service is good. We tried Prawn wantons, soup, Kolkata style chili chicken, mixed chow and ginger fish. The fish was expensive but not very fresh. The use of sauce seemed a little overwhelming. But overall decent. The ambience was good. The service was top notch. Not much waiting.

Lovely and pleasant ambience.....the food was great and absolutely fresh and of a brilliant quality....a great variety of true Chinese dishes....customer service was smooth and decent and behaviour of staff was amicable...all in all an amazing dining experience and a must eat place....

Good service, delicious food with both quality and quantity. Mind soothing experience with excellent service. Cooperative and jovial too. Most importantly, food is just awasome. We have tried Chilli plum squid, roasted chilli lamb in starters.. Mix fried rice, Pork in hot Garlic sauce as main course which were too good. All over we will visit again to experience the authentic essence of the Chinese flavour.

Though their is not enough space according to the location... it's ambience , decoration is very good❤ Those who are truly Chinese lover like me 😇😇 can go to this outlet in Birati... Those who want to experience different things rather than chicken it's perfect place ❤
