This place is amazing. They have everything from lights and fixtures, to doorbell camera, to door locks and switches. Really hight quality products. But the thing that caught my attention the most was the honesty and professionalism exuded by Mohammed Abbas. I don't believe i have met a more honest person within a business environment since coming to Oman. Visited Muscat Lights today and honestly, the customer service was exceptional. Ghulam Hassan was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole experience. What really impressed me was the attention to detail and customer care. The shop has designated parking, and before I could even think about getting out in the heat to move the cone myself, a staff member had already noticed and prepared the parking spot for me. Such a small gesture, but it says a lot about how much they care about their customers. I also loved that their system remembered my previous purchases and even the type of lighting I prefer. It made the experience feel personal and thoughtful rather than just another transaction. Professional team, excellent service, and a very welcoming experience overall. Highly recommend visiting them if you’re looking for lighting solutions in Muscat!

Visited the store on 21 May 2026. They have a good selection of light for various purposes. Mr Akash Haider provided us great service by suggesting options and details of the lights available which made the selection process easier for us. Definitely a place to consider if you are looking for lights.
