Taj Hari Mahal, Jodhpur

Had an amazing stay at Taj Hotel, and it exceeded all our expectations. The room was spacious, cozy, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The entertainment area was a great addition, giving both kids and adults a wonderful space to relax and spend quality time together. The restaurant experience was outstanding, with delicious food and excellent service throughout our stay. A special thanks to Lokender at the reception for the warm hospitality. We would also like to appreciate Bisan, Sarita, Gaje, and Laxman Ji at the restaurant for taking such great care of us. Their food recommendations, especially for the kids, were excellent, and the children thoroughly enjoyed every meal. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay memorable. We look forward to visiting again!

I stayed at Taj Hari Mahal over the long weekend and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and truly makes you feel like royalty, but what made the stay exceptional was the hospitality of the staff. A special mention to Yuvraj, Bishan Ji, Gaje, Sarita, and Chen Kanwar, who looked after us during breakfast, lunch, and dinner service throughout our stay. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made every meal a memorable experience. They were always welcoming, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The level of service, attention to detail, and hospitality they demonstrated truly reflects the Taj standard. Thank you to the entire team for making our long weekend so special. Beautiful property decorated intricately at every corner which makes you want to pause and admire it. Excellent staff. I want to thank the gentleman who helped us check in and also arranged a wonderful surprise for my husband's birthday on such a short notice. Food has a lot of variety and impeccable taste. Mr. Jagatpal and Ms. Chen Kanwar from the Marwar restaurant ensured all our needs were met. I also want to extend my thanks Mr. Yuvraj who served me with the best decaf lattes. A relaxing and enjoyable stay overall!

Our first stay at the Taj was nothing short of exceptional, highlighted by truly overwhelming hospitality. The staff was incredibly proactive, attentive, and welcomed us with genuine warmth. The welcome ritual was underwhelming. We had lots of hopes with our "Taj" welcome. The property itself is beautiful and meticulously maintained, boasting a prime location near both the airport and the railway station, which saved us a significant amount of travel time. We also thoroughly enjoyed the pristine swimming pool and a deeply relaxing spa treatment. We stayed in Luxury Room Pool view, which was provided after complimentary upgrade. The room is beautiful and had a touch of being in a Marwari mahal. Our room was cleaned and complimentary food items like fruits, cookies,etc. were stocked daily. The lighting was slightly dim to our liking While the food was delicious overall, the breakfast buffet could benefit from a wider variety of options.

A special mention to Mr. Lokendra Rathore, Duty Manager, whose professionalism and warm approach made our experience even more memorable. He ensured everything was seamless and went the extra mile to assist us. The staff across the hotel were बेहद helpful, courteous, and attentive at all times. The hygiene and cleanliness standards were impeccable, which added to the overall comfort and peace of mind during our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious yet welcoming experience.

My stay at Taj Hari was perfect. The room was very clean and in excellent condition, which made the experience even more comfortable. The front office duty manager and the entire staff were extremely courteous and attentive throughout my stay. Their warm hospitality truly stood out. At the restaurant, the F&B Manager Lokendra, along with team members Pacha Chen and Sarita, provided outstanding service. They were professional, friendly, and ensured everything was perfect. They are truly an asset to the property. Taj-owned properties consistently deliver exceptional experiences and remain unmatched compared to other brands. A special thanks once again to the front office duty manager mr Lokendra for his genuine warmth and hospitality.

We had an excellent experience at the Taj Hari Mahal. The hotel is built like a palace with stunning looks especially at night when lit up. The rooms are nice, very spacious and some have small balconies overlooking the pool or the gardens. We were upgraded to these balcony rooms. They have 2 restaurants on the property. We tried Marwar - the Indian cuisine option. Would like to call out Ms. Chen Kanwar from the restaurant staff for her excellent service and attention during our stay. Due to her exceptional service, we decided to go to Marwar on the second night also. The location of the hotel is nice in a quiet location with easy access to all attractions. I highly recommend this place especially for their service.

Serene, tranquil and a lovely property. The staff is also very courteous. Loved every bit of our stay here. The room was spacious and they had a lot of options for breakfast. They even customised our lunch order to suit our 6 year old.

One of the best hotel in Jodhpur. Neat and clean, well maintained rooms. Polite staff at reception. Breakfast was amazing. Mr. Pawan at breakfast deserves a special mention as he served with full dedication and elegance. Chef Ranjit made tasty South Indian dishes during the breakfast. Overall, fantastic stay.

Hospitality not upto Taj standards. Travelled in March 2026 1. Front desk/ reservations behaves like a budget hotel, no etiquette no humble behaviour. So first I booked for one day, then suddenly my wife’s meeting came up so we have to stay one more day and I booked for one more day, suddenly hotel staff asks us the room will be changed, new room was about 100metre walking from main areas of hotel like pool and restaurant. That too without bath tub. Who wants to change rooms within same hotel? 2. We were on a road trip, I asked hotel staff to keep luggage in my car so that I can checkout early in the morning, we have to drive far, front desk didn’t send anyone for like 45 minutes, thought of sleeping early but THE TAJ staff. 3. ⁠A humble request to Taj please train these people or remove your name from Hari Mahal. 4. ⁠Although the restaurant and swimming pool staff was very decent. 5. ⁠Food was good. 6. ⁠No shampoo in the bathroom, only empty bottle 7. ⁠Iron provided was not working properly 8. ⁠Only one elevator in the hotel, if you get room like ours 337 ( Third floor “ higher floor”) you have to walk atleast 50-60 metres to the elevator. 9. Lizards in the corridor and balcony Team TAJ please review your standards are being followed here at Hari Mahal.

Prefect rajasthani ambience. Soft beds. Cool pool. Small but efficient gym. Large and well maintained garden. I went around the hotel almost 5-6 times.

Good Location. Great rooms. Service staff very nice Front desk - good welcome. But it should be protocol to ask guest about their stay at checkout or if they need any assistance. The checkout felt very mechanical. Breakfast - biggest disappointment. Taste variety. Both were subpar

Special appreciation to Chef Ranjeet for the lovely food—every meal was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. We were traveling with our 10-month-old baby, and the way the team handled our baby’s food was outstanding. They not only prepared fresh meals for our baby but also packed food for us and the baby for our road journey back to Delhi, which was such a thoughtful and rare gesture. The team at Marwar Restaurant deserves special mention for their attentive service, and heartfelt thanks to Front Desk Manager Lokendra for ensuring a smooth, comfortable, and stress-free stay. This level of care, especially for families with infants, truly sets Taj Hari Mahal apart. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jodhpur—luxury with a personal touch at its best. ✨

Hotel staff were good but the real issue is at the restaurant. When i was at the breakfast i was made to wait 25 minutes for one piece of waffle and when i was about to leave the lady came and told that the waffle was ready. It was a mockery

Although the rooms, food, hospitality is top class, some where the taj touch is missing. The restrooms had tissues lying out, the reception phones dont get answered etc. Small things which are noticeable..

Great hotel. Excellent guest services by personnel in all departments from front desk, concierge, restaurants, room service and transportation. Room was so-so and bathroom was moldy. Property looked a bit tired and could use some PIP but this has nothing to do with on property staff but more on management.

The hotel is very well located in the city with 10 mins access to Jodhpur airport, fort and local market. The service is one of the best with very well maintained and decorated rooms and lobbies with beautiful paintings. Visiting Jodhpur in the off season (also not during the wedding season) one can get a very good deal. During the peak season, room rents are quite high.

Restaurant is worst Rooms - excellent Service - poor Location - best Hotel is very nice , hotel staff is good to average . Bar restaurant 🍴 service staff is poores. 550rs. Americano coffee , cappuccino , regular indian tea all 500++ serving style very bad. Cup ☕ is laughable ... No cookie 🍪 on sides ..... And staff is laziest ..... + Mosquitoes near sofa... Irritating . In india 80% 4% hotel restaurant staff is very bad .... This hotel is one of them.

The stay at Taj is always a blissful experience, and this was no less. Lokendra Ji was an attentive host, and made sure that our rooms were better than our expectations.
