Milaidhoo Maldives really feels like heaven on earth. It’s a small island, but that’s exactly the magic — it feels intimate and incredibly peaceful, almost like there’s no one else around. The house reef is gorgeous, easily one of the highlights, and snorkeling straight from the island is fantastic. Food is very good, albeit on the pricey side, but that’s expected at this level. Activities are excellent, from night snorkeling to diving, and if you’re there in the right season you can see manta rays, thanks to the proximity to the Baa Atoll Biosphere Reserve. Service is truly 5-star — polished, warm, and luxurious without being stiff. Overall, it’s a high-end boutique island resort that still offers all the facilities and experiences you expect from a top-tier Maldives property, just in a more refined, serene, and personal setting. 🌊✨

this was the best hotel experience I’ve had anywhere, ever. 5 stars all around. The view and rooms were incredible. The staff made it over the top. Maande (sp) was our butler who tended to our daily itinerary of ocean activities. The food had plenty of options. The breakfast… dear lord it is fantastic. The wait staff (forgive me for not naming them all) were great. Yoonus, Shippe, Alfie, Thiru… many more. I’d recommend this place for any couple looking for a special experience. The spa was great. Complimentary yoga options. We picked it initially because of the reviews and that the seaplane was included in the price (I’ve heard it may not be anymore). My only comment is likely applicable for any Maldivian hotel which is that you should be prepared to enjoy many water based activities.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument incroyable dans cet hôtel aux Maldives. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu l’impression de vivre un rêve éveillé. L’île est splendide : eau turquoise, sable blanc, paysages à couper le souffle et une atmosphère paisible qui invite immédiatement à la détente. Nous avons séjourné dans une villa magnifique, spacieuse et décorée avec goût, offrant tout le confort imaginable. Chaque détail était pensé pour que nous nous sentions bien, et la vue depuis la villa restera gravée dans nos mémoires. Ce qui a rendu l’expérience vraiment unique, ce sont les personnes. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse et d’une bienveillance exceptionnelles, toujours souriant, attentif et prêt à rendre service. Leur accueil chaleureux a fait toute la différence. La cuisine était délicieuse, variée et raffinée, du petit-déjeuner au dîner, toujours préparée avec soin. C’est sans aucun doute l’un des plus beaux séjours que nous ayons vécus. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs inoubliables et l’envie de revenir dès que possible. Un endroit que nous recommandons à 100 % pour une véritable parenthèse de luxe et de paradis

Whether dining at the elegant Ba’theli Restaurant, uniquely built on a traditional Maldivian boat, or at one of the other exceptional dining venues, every dish was a masterpiece. The combination of fresh ingredients, refined flavors, and impeccable service turned every meal into an unforgettable experience. However, the heart of Milaidhoo is its team. Our host, Hussy, took care of us with extraordinary warmth and attention, often anticipating our wishes before we even expressed them. Every staff member greeted us with genuine kindness and passion, making us feel not just welcome but truly at home. Another highlight was the personal conversations with General Manager Paul and Resort Manager Celine, who actively engage with guests and ensure that every stay is special. Their dedication and personal touch add even more charm to Milaidhoo, making it a place unlike any other. We honeymooned here in May 2024 for 5 nights and I still dream about it. They did so many surprises to make our honeymoon special! It’s a small island so not too many villas, adult-centric, and the staff is very attentive and helpful. We loved snorkeling right off of our villa. We ate some of the best food of our lives here. This is the closest thing to paradise that I have ever experienced!

We had a magical time at Milaidhoo - we had been really excited about this part of our honeymoon but our high expectations were massively exceeded. Every aspect of the trip was peak and personalised luxury - the Villas are spectacular and appear brand new. All of the staff are delightful to interact with and are what makes the trip truly memorable and exceptional - particularly our island host Anth who made sure every part of our trip and activities worked seamlessly (and gifted us beautiful painting), Zaeem who led some of the best diving I’ve ever done, Oswaldo who made an extra special dish for us, Shiaz at the restaurant for personal and delightful service. Picking a few staff seems a disservice to everyone else who all worked tirelessly to make everything amazing. Our private beach dining experience is a great memory and we loved our cooking class at the restaurant - all of our dining experiences were of a world class standard, incredible when on the tiniest dot in the middle of the ocean. Of course, the setting is just spectacular and even better than the pictures portray. There were too many special touches to mention but they all felt personal, heartfelt, genuine and represented peak hospitality. I couldn’t recommend Milaidhoo more highly for a relaxing, luxurious and memorable holiday in true paradise!

We had great time here. Service, food, and the environment are excellent. We have Hussy as our butler. He is helpful and sweet. Highly recommend this resort.

After talking about it for more than 10 years, we finally visited Maldives and we stayed at Milaidhoo from 13 to 21 May 2022. Although the weather wasn't in our favour on most days, the staff at Milaidhoo did their best to make sure my wife and I were comfortable and well cared for. The airport transfer both to and fro was smooth. Kazan made sure our baggage was seen to and when we were leaving, he also sent us off with a warm farewell. Our island host, Oksana, was pleasant, friendly and adorable. She took time to chat with us and accommodated our needs promptly and discreetly. Front Office Manager Ibbe was nice and humble. He very kindly took the extra mile to show us around, a gesture we had not expected and were grateful for. The water villa was beautiful and well-maintained with excellent WiFi coverage, a spacious bathtub and a reasonably-sized pool. There is a Bose speaker under the TV which adds a nice touch to the room. The spa offers a daily yoga class led by Shubh, a wonderful yogi. He was kind enough to make adjustments to the yoga routine so that my wife could join in even with her foot pain. All the therapists were sincere, lovely and fantastic. We visited the spa thrice during our stay and walked away happy and rejuvenated each time. A noteworthy part of the stay was the food. We ate like kings and queens. The chefs and kitchen staff at Ocean and Batheli restaurants provided a scrumptious mix of Maldivian and International cuisines. The breakfast buffet line features an array of cheese, homemade pastries and a fruit live station. Breakfast a la-carte menu is also available and our favourite was the omelettes, waffles and pancakes. Dinner was 3-course and each item on the menu are of quality and delicious. The managers and staff were simply the best, especially Kokko. A huge thank you to everyone at Milaidhoo for making our first visit to the Maldives so memorable.

THE MOST INCREDIBLE AND MAGICAL ISLAND PARADISE!!!! We decided upon Milaidhoo for our Honeymoon after much in-depth and thorough research, of almost all Resorts in the Maldives. We were not disappointed. In fact, it exceeded our expectations. The service at Milaidhoo is truly unmatched! Every single aspect of service is catered too with excellence. The rooms are beyond belief! Both the Overwater Villas, as well as, the Beach Villas. Some of the biggest rooms in the Maldives. An integration which has a local island feel but with modern elegance and all the required bells and whistles. We couldn't spend enough time in the rooms as they are immaculate and the views are truly exceptional. The food for all four restaurants on the Island is one of the key features of this resort and Chef Piyal and his team have done an amazing job! Chef Piyal was even kind enough to cook us our very own special Sri-Lankan Meal one evening, which wasn't on the menu. This is the extra mile they will go too to make your stay unforgettable. They resident Sommelier, Danu, was also truly remarkable and would provide us with the most wonderful wine recommendations throughout our stay. This made our meals even more memorable and fantastic. When you arrive on the island, you are provided with a personal 24/7 host who is there to cater to your every request or need. An incredible woman named Riho, was assigned to look after us throughout our stay and we can honestly say that she was tremendous and without her our stay would certainly not have been as special as it was. Riho was exceptional! Another notable mention was Rabeem in Ocean Restaurant. The professionalism and superb manner in which he looked after us every single day was highly appreciated and he is a true asset to Milaidhoo. Snorkeling at the house reef is also mind-blowing. Turtles, Sharks, Stingrays and countless species of fish can be seen every day just 50m from the shore. We spent many hours snorkeling and enjoying the waters around Milaidhoo. In short, this was by a long way, the best Holiday we have had and we will certainly be back again. You will not be disappointed if you choose Milaidhoo as your destination in the Maldives.

Absoluter Perfekter Ort zum Sein und geniessen. Frühstücksbuffet das mehr ist als man sich erträumen kann. Das essen ist sehr fein und köstlich. Spa mit Massagen zum erholen. Und das ganze Personal ist so herzlich und stets für alle Gäste da um jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen.❤ Ich kann es allen nur empfehlen, sie werden nicht enttäuscht sein.

This place is heaven on earth. Luxury does not even half cover it. The staff are super, the location is beautiful and the weather was fantastic. I stayed for my Honeymoon and they made it an experience to remember. I will be back one day.

جزيرة فيها فندق ميليدو ذاك المنتجع الفخم بكل تفاصيله الصغيرة قبل الكبيرة من تدخل حتي تخرج وانت في انس يوجد به نادي صحي وثلاث مطاعم ورحلات صيد ومشاهدة الدلافين الاستقبال والعاملين في غاية اللطف ويخصص لك موظف للتواصل معه عبر جوال في الفيلا لا يعيبه الا الغلا اذا اضغت عليه الضريبة وكذلك اسعار الاكل والتنقل للوصول كان بالطائرة استغرق الوقت 35 دقيقة وبواسطة القارب لو احببت سيكون لمدة 45 دقيقة

That was my first visit to Maldives 2 days after my wedding!! Was THE BEST experience I've ever had though! Wanna live it again in our anniversary
